Food was excellent. Prices were a bit too high and it took 25 minutes from entering the store to having our food in front of us. There were two other couples in the restaurant so no real excuse comes to mind. Decor is well done Midwestern. The place was clean and bright and the menu was really good. The pastries all looked amazing and we had a very hard time not going bananas and ordering everything
Very disappointing that you can't order the "combo" part of the menu unless you buy an entree. Wake up Kneaders - I am so thrilled you post the calories on your menu BUT I as many others do not care to eat 1300 calories for breakfast! You list 3 combos for breakfast, one being Fruit, coffee or juice. If that's all I want, I should be able to order that w/o ordering a 1100 croissant sandwich. What happened to flexibility? I love this place and go at least twice a week for lunch, however I have noticed the quantity of turkey that they put on their salads has dramatically decreased. Recently, I ordered a large instead of a small salad, and it seemed to be exactly the same amount of meat, just more lettuce. I really hope they work out the ratios, because this place has consistently great quality foods.
