Foid was excellent and great tasting, and our waitress was superb. I'm looking forward to coming back.

Ryan is always great to us! The bartender that was there during the day took a while to get to us and didn't bother saying she was changing shifts. Too busy talking with a couple that was there before us. Luckily, Ryan was taking over for the night.

I never thought I would find a Hawaiian restaurant in Tucson, Arizona, very, very, very nice atmosphere and very nice food.

The food here is actually really good. The salmon is cooked really nicely. The katsu style chicken and waffles is delicious and has a nice sauce. The artichoke dip has a lot of artichoke bits in it. It's a pretty chill spot

What a fantastic place to eat! Took my 2 yr old grandson and another 2 year old with my daughter for Taco Tuesdays. I had the fried avacado, cowboy, and mahi mahi fish tacos. Holy cow, were they so delicious! Great price, super service, and I love the environment! The kids loved the fish in the entrance!

Kon Tiki never misses! The food was absolutely amazing, seriously delicious from start to finish. You can tell everything is made with love.
Big thanks to Paul and his crew, these guys always deliver. Super friendly, great vibes, and they really know how to take care of you.
If you haven’t been yet, do yourself a favor and check it out. Can’t wait to go back!

Haven't been there in a year. There was one person working. She was the server, bartender and did everything. She said no one showed up for work except her and 1 cook. Our entire time there took 2 hours waiting forever for food. Bathrooms are nasty and need serious updating!

With family the first time, the wait for food was long. About 40 minutes for a chicken sandwich (was regular tasting at the time) but gave me the worst food poisoning of my life over the next week and a half. Onions rings were on the burned side and all the other food was “meh”. The “painkiller” was great, I know drinks tend to come with a lot of ice but this was legitimately ice and 3 sips, ordering 2 feels like a semi full drink. Chalked it up to a bad fluke experience and wanted to try it again almost a year later. It was a Friday night and not busy at all. There was maybe 6 or so people at the bar, and 4 parties at the tables including the wife and I, the other parties were 2-4 people each. We sat down looked at the menus, placed them down and waited. During this time you notice everyone’s waters are empty, empty plates are still on table as the time climbs up. There was 2 bartenders and 3 waiters. Security was walking back and forth to the bar hanging out cracking jokes (totally fine) and waiters passed us 9 times (made sure to make eye contact and smile) as they went to chat with the other waiters and security in the front. All in all we waited about 25 minutes and not even asked for water the entire time. Kind of absurd if you ever started out in the food business. We ended up just walking out almost a full 30 minutes of waiting. Your $50+ and tips for 2 drinks and an appetizer are definitely better being spent elsewhere. The place has been around a long time but not sure how if it can be like this both times. Side note, while waiting and looking around you start to notice how dirty things were. Sticky, dirty spots on the table and floors, dust, tiny trash and food accumulated in the corners, under table and steps. Idk if I want to try a third time at this rate.. sucks cause it was a decently good drink the first time but doesn’t hold up to “history” and “good times” you hear about from the regulars and old timers.

Super fun tiki bar that has been crushing it since the 1960s. The Mai Tai is phenomenal

Love the Polynesian vibes inside. Drinks look fun & they even have mocktails (the mango tango was ok). We went for lunch & it was empty, so probably more lively at night. Food wasn't terrible, but not great. Loco moco was served cold, calamari was cooked nicely but a little salty, chicken skewers were overcooked, but the Kon Tiki combination plate was good. The ribs were very tender & juicy.

Food is usually good. Only 1 other table hard to get waiters attention. Becoming very expensive $$$$.
