worst customer service ever made me wait when I walked in because she was restocking the vending machine then when I want to order a drink she’s says “we have a 10 minute call closing for drinks” okay well maybe if you would have helped me at first I would have made your so call dumb call time. Stop being lazy and make the drinks if you’re open you’re making drinks till close. I would never run my business like this. Hire competent no lazy people or close earlier :)

I have been going to Kratom kafe on and off for the last 5 years. I have gone to all of their locations and they are all amazing!! The quality of their Kratom is great even if you get the 25cent ones. Having access to their vending machines after hours has helped out so much as sometimes I get off of work after their business hours. Everyone who works there is super knowledgeable about Kratom and can answer any questions you may have! Prices I think are reasonable as well! Also shout out for them delivering to me even though I live right at their cut off point for delivery today. My car is down and I was able to work with them on getting it delivered to me within an hour! Amazing service all around and amazing Kratom!

The Ina location feels sketchy at night and the vending machine is notoriously horrible. They also rip you off on pricing.
Get your Kratom online from an established vendor and save your hard earned dollars. Better yet, don't take it at all. Kratom withdrawal is no walk in the park and I speak from experience.
Might as well have a corner heroin store next to the neighborhood aquarium shop.

I recently visited two of their locations, I’ve tried two of their green strains, Borneo and one that starts with an S lol but very good quality definitely like the Green Borneo, prices are a little higher than I’m used to I have been using kratom for years. Oh the other was Green Indo very good as well and again I have been taking kratom for years. The guy working at This location was knowledgeable and great service, but the other location I visited the vendor didn’t seem very knowledgeable, overall great quality across the board especially the Green Borneo. Thank you!

Very cozy spot. There's a vending machine for quick trips and convenience thats open 24/7. I'm new to this drink and the woman working was very nice and patient explaining things to me and helping me pick a type to try. They offer hot and cold beverages or you can just get the powder to go.

Omigosh!! This place is completely AWESOME!!! The owner, Jill is fantastic and she has hired some of the best out there to work. They are all kind and very helpful. I live in Florida, however out of all the places I’ve come across that sells Kratom, these people are the best, Florida to Arizona! Nice atmosphere, great people, great products!! If you’re looking, THIS is the place! There’s even a 24hr vending machine, just in case!! Please give them your business, you will NOT regret it!!
