I checked the same krispy kreme months later.I think and their machines are still down.I used to be a regular here because it's so close to my work.And I used to really appreciate the prices and the service, but now I can't appreciate either of that.I don't think I'll ever be coming back.

My complaint is they don’t turn on the hot light between 5-7pm. I waited for them to have fresh donuts but no, the time they close is early might have something to do with it. Go inside lacking customer service and no donuts barely available in multiple flavors types. Nothing. They need to change things for this location and how it’s ran! The one on Irvington has it together

If you're going to have a promotion, you should make sure you have ability to meet the demand. I spent almost $40 for a dozen and a half of donuts with no glaze and a cup of coffee. It should have been $10/dozen. I won't be coming back.

If I could take away Stars I would, Alicia was the worst customer service I've ever seen before! When asked questions about pricing for the donuts she had no answers when asked if she could make us some coffee she said the machine wasn't working. She looked as though she didn't like her job at all and was unwilling to be helpful at all. She was very snotty and turned her nose up like she was better than us! The donuts were good but the customer service sucked will never be going back there! When talk to the manager manager said she was the best employee they had! Who else is working for them the Manson family? We will be calling corporate to make a formal complaint!

The donut's 🍩 are good. Cake batter donut is my favorite. They could use a little bit more filling. But that's just my opinion. Sometimes. The donuts are a bit dry which is confusing to me. Cuz, I always get them in the morning. I thought it would be a little bit fresher. But overall, I still love Krispy Kreme.

Tuesday morning, apparently they took all her coffee machines, no lattes or anything, not even just regular black coffee. Donuts were not fresh. Do not recommend. They are riding ob the branding and doing absolutely the bare minimum.

Came at 8am for donut holes and to see the donut machine assembly line with my son… but, the machine was out of order, the latte machine was out of order, and they didn’t serve donut holes as they depended on the Irvington location for their supply. When we asked about mini donuts instead of donut holes, one worker grabbed some from the back and rudely threw the trays down so we could see the options. Safe to say, you should skip this location… 2 stars because we both were able to eat donuts and black coffee in the end.
Going to run a promotional? Make sure there are enough doughnuts, simple as that. 0 chocolate glazed doughnuts at noon on a Saturday was a let down

I’ve been coming here every morning for the Harry Potter donuts and it’s always the same lady who helps me , she has her hair braided to one side , and she’s so kind and helpful and we couldn’t have had a better experience! She’s the main one who’s kind and tries to be as helpful as she can.
