I was craving their donuts as I don't go there often. I won't be back though. They were out of most of the donuts I asked for and it was 7am. The donuts I did get tasted stale like they've been out for at least a couple of days. I didn't end up eating what I bought because I threw it all away. Sad to see because I used to like this place. Unfortunately, the employees aren't very friendly either.

This place seems to slowly be going out of business. I never see anyone there, and now they started closing much earlier. Let me give some advice: if you want business, at least have most of your donuts in stock and answer the phone. The prices skyrocketed, but everything else got worse.

Went out of our way to participate in their Donut Day free donut thing and got a Kreme-filled donut for myself. Needless to say I am quite disappointed in the absence of both the filling AND customer service from the company as a whole.
You heard me right... There was no filling at all in my donut. This isn't the first time either... Last year was the exact same thing!
Called their customer service number and was told to expect an email in 72 hours (got nothing). Gave them extra time to get back to me and now I'm not sure if it's worth even buying a donut promising Kreme-filling but only providing disappointment instead.

I wish I could give zero stars. Went and ordered and they blatantly gave us the wrong donuts. This location had the lobby closed and whatever that’s fine. We ordered and they told us when things weren’t available and we ordered different stuff. The lady told us to pull around. Gave us our total and the donuts. The glazed donuts looked like they had been sitting for hours. There were 4 out of a dozen that wasn’t even CLOSE to what we ordered. I get you are ready to close but come one. There was still 45 mins left.

Monday January 20th 2:30pm Went here to order a a dozen donuts when I asked for extra filling on one the lady told me that they do not make their donuts in store. But website and add's say they Make there donuts in store fresh daily so she straight up lied to me because I don't believe she wanted to do anything extra. I pulled up to the window and waited over 5 minutes for someone to come to the window and no one showed up so I ended up leaving. I have been to this location before and have never had this rude of a personal working. I know they're donuts aren't the best but they aren't bad either. I would hope that the manager will straighten out this kind of bad employee.

First time at this location and they did not disappoint!! They didn’t have a kind of donut we ordered so they wrote a lovely note, and gave us the pop tart donuts instead. They also added a coupon, great service Jalen!!

Donuts aren't hot and fresh anymore. Feels like they are pre-made for the day and when they run out they run out.... Which means online ordering also becomes difficult to do because of they run low they turn online ordering off. I enjoy the ability to order ahead but really miss watching the donuts be made and really really miss the hot fresh donuts. The price of the donuts feels worth it when you get to watch the machine while eating your fresh hot box with coffee. Now that they are premade and the lobby is closed don't think I'll be buying these donuts anymore.

Buyer beware! Original donuts were not fresh, chocolate creme filled had NO creme inside! What a franchise disappointment. Last time I will spend $15.15 for six gross donuts.
