So my daughter wanted to go to k.k. for free doughnut and coffee day, we make a special trip after dinner and what a freakin let down. We were willing to pay for our 3 different coffees but apparently nothing was available aside from what the promo said. Luckily we got a pumpkin spice squirt of something, however Coffee was so watered down we could see though it, no flavor, no ice and not even full cups. Honestly we were scared to drink them. We bought 2 dozen doughnuts too. The doughnuts were cold, stiff, and bland. The homeless guy on mission and ajo didn't even want them. My two kids wouldn't even finish a single doughnut. This was Honestly robbery. If the quality is this low all the time how is this establishment still in the spectrum?

I went inside not long ago to get my birthday doughnuts and a few others. Hubby and I were the only inside customers and after the young lady addressed us, she was talking to her co workers. No big deal except a man on duty had to tell them we were waiting before they decided to help us. So, that could improve but the doughnuts were delicious.

I had a horrible experience at this location on Sunday 12/29/24 at around 9pm. I ordered a dozen original splashed l glazed donuts and was given a total and told to pull up to the window. Once I pulled up to the window I could see at least five employees just laughing and not paying attention to the window. I waited for about 10 minutes until I had to open the door and waved at them. Someone finally came up to the window and asked me what I wanted. I told her I placed an order at the drive through window and she proceeded to close the window after motioning for me to wait. She came back to the window and handed me a box and closed the window without charging me. I checked the box to see what she had given me and there were a dozen donuts but they were just thrown in the box. The lady then came back to the window and asked me in a very threatening voice if I wanted to pay for them since I was still at the window. I told her I had money to pay and that the donuts were cold and she said that's how they were and that they didn't make donuts today. The only reason I went to get donuts and put up with their horrible service is because my niece who had been sick was craving them. I know that reviews like these don't always make a difference but I do hope someone reads it and does something about it. These was without a doubt one of the worse experiences ever.

This place can never open on time. They have posted that they open at 5:30 a.m., and every time I come, normally around 6:30 a.m. and they still are not open. Management should either change their hours or fine workers who can open on time. Takes me 45 minutes to get here, just to wait. Shame.

I get so tired of wasting time and money coming out to this location and it’s consistently the same story. They’re out of donuts at 8:00-9:00. Why advertise a closing time of 10:00 when you’re “out” of product 2 hours before close?

I was shocked to see no one at this store and having to wait over 15 mins with no word or communication from the staff in the drive thru. Once I receive my iced specialty coffee there was no ice or flavor. I kindly asked a women to remake the coffee and she got visibly upset and started questioning why she had to remake it. I informed her there’s no Caramel and no ice. She grabbed my cup and continued to snap , make faces and argue with me which I then insisted on a receipt from my order to write a review. Turns out they don’t have the option on the receipt so I came here to let the owners know. I was shocked at no communication and the unfriendliness I will never stop here again and it’s the closest to my house! Don’t bother with this location. You’ll have better luck at a local donut shop.

There was about 6 levels of trays of donuts hanging outside the drive thru with bees all over it this afternoon. Can’t miss it, it is blocking the drive thru exit. Not a good look Kristy Kreme, not a good look at all!
