I had a horrible experience at this location on Sunday 12/29/24 at around 9pm. I ordered a dozen original splashed l glazed donuts and was given a total and told to pull up to the window. Once I pulled up to the window I could see at least five employees just laughing and not paying attention to the window. I waited for about 10 minutes until I had to open the door and waved at them. Someone finally came up to the window and asked me what I wanted. I told her I placed an order at the drive through window and she proceeded to close the window after motioning for me to wait. She came back to the window and handed me a box and closed the window without charging me. I checked the box to see what she had given me and there were a dozen donuts but they were just thrown in the box. The lady then came back to the window and asked me in a very threatening voice if I wanted to pay for them since I was still at the window. I told her I had money to pay and that the donuts were cold and she said that's how they were and that they didn't make donuts today. The only reason I went to get donuts and put up with their horrible service is because my niece who had been sick was craving them. I know that reviews like these don't always make a difference but I do hope someone reads it and does something about it. These was without a doubt one of the worse experiences ever.

This place can never open on time. They have posted that they open at 5:30 a.m., and every time I come, normally around 6:30 a.m. and they still are not open. Management should either change their hours or fine workers who can open on time. Takes me 45 minutes to get here, just to wait. Shame.

I get so tired of wasting time and money coming out to this location and itâs consistently the same story. Theyâre out of donuts at 8:00-9:00. Why advertise a closing time of 10:00 when youâre âoutâ of product 2 hours before close?

I was shocked to see no one at this store and having to wait over 15 mins with no word or communication from the staff in the drive thru. Once I receive my iced specialty coffee there was no ice or flavor. I kindly asked a women to remake the coffee and she got visibly upset and started questioning why she had to remake it. I informed her thereâs no Caramel and no ice. She grabbed my cup and continued to snap , make faces and argue with me which I then insisted on a receipt from my order to write a review. Turns out they donât have the option on the receipt so I came here to let the owners know. I was shocked at no communication and the unfriendliness I will never stop here again and itâs the closest to my house! Donât bother with this location. Youâll have better luck at a local donut shop.

There was about 6 levels of trays of donuts hanging outside the drive thru with bees all over it this afternoon. Canât miss it, it is blocking the drive thru exit. Not a good look Kristy Kreme, not a good look at all!

Came in for a box of donuts. They gave me an extra warm donut from the conveyer belt. It was amazing.

Got there at 9:15 pm and no one answered, the window was cracked open and still no answers, a bunch of cars waiting also. Says it closes at 10 so that was disappointing. Not the Type to make bad reviews but there was 2 girls inside working that didnât help any one whatsoever. We just left at 9:45 and still nothing from them. Went to Dunkin instead.

Got there a quarter after 9, place closes at 10. We asked for several types of donuts and every time the response was, âweâre out of thoseâ. Finally had to ask what they had left. Person was in such a rush! There were no other cars in the drive thru. Decided to park and get down to see what they had instead. They had a bunch of glazed donuts holesâŠwhy not mention that when we asked for glazed donuts in the drive through? I get running out of donuts since it was the end of the night. Again, lady that was helping us was in a terrible rush. We were the only people in there, not sure why she was in such a hurry. I could understand if it was 10-15 minutes before they closed. Service was not friendly or welcoming at all.
