⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Burrito goals unlocked 🌯🔥

We found this stationary food truck while on vacation in Tucson — and let me tell you, it was life-changing. We ended up eating there two out of the three days we were in town, and I’m still mad we didn’t find it on day one.

The food? Out. Of. This. World. My mother-in-law loved it so much she asked the cook to move home with her, get married, and be her personal chef. I’m not sure who was blushing more — her or the cook. 😂

The burro percheron is next-level delicious. Think giant steak burrito loaded with all the goodies, then wrapped in bacon. Yes, bacon. One burrito could feed two hungry linebackers or one person who doesn’t believe in leftovers. Every bite was pure happiness — like a little piece of heaven in a tortilla.

The staff was awesome — friendly, funny, and totally played along with my mother-in-law’s antics. It felt like hanging out with friends who just happen to cook better than anyone you know.

Already planning another Tucson trip just to get my burrito fix. Forget souvenirs — I’m coming home with a food baby and zero regrets. 🌯💖

Ordered a Sonoran Dog, extra bacon, to share with my wife. It was delicious and decadent, with lots of bacon. Since it was so good, we got another without extra bacon. Still good, but much better with the extra bacon and very reasonably priced.

Great food, very clean place, good location. 100% recommended!!! It wasn't too busy, so we got our food quick. Although the owners are not rude, a little smile or amability could make the service better.

Second time here, the first time was good and we enjoyed the food. We’ve been keeping an eye out for this place since they seem to always be closed. We decided to call today and see if they were open. Well, they were finally open. There were a few families there but not overly packed. We ordered our food and sat down waiting for our order. Once our order was ready a lady walked over with our order and sat it on a table which we were not sitting at, looks at my husband and says… “your order is ready” leaves it there and walks away. I will post a photo of where we were sitting and in a red circle where she left our tray. Last time we were there, they rang a bell and they didn’t today. By now, there was only us and another family. Well, the lights go out and the owner is just walking around not even concerned. So my husband says “excuse me your lights went out” and the owner says “yea I know” again, no care. It was already dusk and it was hard to see our food. The owners were both rude and you could tell they were being moody for some odd reason. Even while ordering our food, he was very dry. We will not be back.
