La Michoacana - The Ice Cream Spot

Bought a 3 scoop of ice cream and paid around $9 and the ice cream didn't even pass the rim of the cup, good ice cream but very small portion for the price not worth it.

We had a horrible experience at this location. Waited in line trying to get service. No one would make eye contact with us as we were trying to tell them we were ready. I finally got the attention of someone and told them we were skipped in line and the two employee standing next to each other laughed and insulted us in Spanish thinking we couldn’t understand them so we walked out to take our business elsewhere. I used to love this place so much but after that treatment I will not be coming back and I will be telling all of my friends to avoid this place. You really need to talk to your employees about customer service. I am going to post this review in as many places as I can because this experience was completely unacceptable.

Today as always food is great but customer service was not the only women working today (Dec 08) has a rude attitude. You can’t even think right because she is always in a hurry. The time we got there was not busy. Just a bad attitude no customer service

great tostitolocos, fresas congeladas (out of the box), and the flamin hot cheetos (also a purple bag such as the tostitos). when i ordered i mentioned twice, this as my order was confirmed that i wanted flamin hot Cheetos. Both gentlemen who served my order were not respectful at all when as soon as my little sister in the back confirmed that those were not cheetos but instead tostitos. at the end they did make them but arguing over a simple mistake and being cheap and charging customers for mistakes should not go with the tasty and enjoyable snacks.

Huge menu to choose from, couldn’t make up my mind on what to get, would have to keep going to try the whole menu. They may need to get a much bigger place or open more shops in Casa Grande, there’s a long line that forms all the way outside the building, which is a good sign their stuff is very good! Yum!

Terrible service, I really wanted some tostiesquites and when they gave them to me they were super watery after about 20 minutes, the truth is that it is expensive and I couldn't enjoy my food
