They always over charge, so you have to pay close attention. The lady at the window on Sunday night wanted to charge $7.75 for a raspado w/lechera that was posted $6.50 so $1.25 in taxes? She asked me if I wanted to see the receipt, when I said yes she said okay just give me the $7. I did and she closed the window on me. Very shady practices here.

We drove a long way to get a cool snow cone ( raspado), we even got lost. You must be prepared to make a quick sharp right going North on Oracle Rd or else you will miss it and have to inconveniently back track. The drive thru menu is very busy, all in spanish except sodas & chips and the man taking orders did not seem patient ( later learned he is the owner, so that's what we thought he said). If you're not familiar with Mexican ice desserts ( which we are not) good luck. Also very limited raspado flavors, extra scoop of ice cream is $5, and fruit is super hard, minimal and very small pieces. The lady who gave us our order greeted us with a frown ( as did the man), she looked angry and slammed the window on us vs thanking us for our patronage. We gave one star because it was cold drink on a slight warm day ( but ice appears made with faucet h20 and it didn't taste filter). Well our curiosity was cured, we will continue our patronage at Dairy Queen, Oasis for Raspados or even find a local Gelato place. Very disheartening, we had been so excited about these new stores opening up. We hope at the very least they change to treat customers better, even with false smile, patience and not slam windows on customers.

When they just opened the service was so fast and always very welcoming. I lived very far at the time but I drove 30 minutes for the quality of their Coctel de Elote. Unfortunately, this year the corn in a cup has been served lukewarm, and the last time I bought it, there was a long white hair inside it. It being lukewarm made the whole hair deal extra gross.I really was rooting to keep buying from this Michoacana because its my favorite corn in a cup in town, but I will refrain from going here until they bring their quality control back up.Parking: The parking is a bit weird specially entering the parking lot from the opposite side of the street.

They have lowered the quality a lot. I asked for a shaved tamarind and they gave me mango and the mango was very green and the corn was no longer made with as much butter as before or cream as before.

We bought two horchatas and an elote which were super yummy. The customer service was amazing and super fast. We are definitely looking forward to our next trip and trying more things from the menu. Definitely recommend.

Decided to try this over the top "ice cream" shop! Wow the selection of fresh ice cream, fruit bars and food is amazing. The Carne Asada Torta was delicious. Hit fresh roll, tender steak and a well balance of heat and fresh ingredients. The El Lote is sweet, acidic and yummy.

I loved this place when they first opened ,but not any more. I had took my daughter there in December and we got ice cream and I had found a hair in her ice cream I didn’t mind because they usually are very good and look very clean I had informed them the traded the ice cream but I noticed they didn’t swap out the bad batch but I assumed they did. It after I left. I had went there January 28 2024 and I got two strawberry raspados and they didn’t put any fruit and they were in a hurry to get me out I was at the cemetery visiting my dad for his anniversary so I called because I was going to come back after I was done visiting when I told her I had no fruit she told me that’s how they come and I been their before more than one I think I have a picture of when I got a raspados with fruit in it she was very rude and told if I wanted a refund I just wanted it to made right and she was trying to convince me that’s how they are made and she can’t do anything about it I think because she thought I was white i wouldn’t know the difference but if I told you I been there and bought multiple raspados why still say that’s how they’re are mad I think the guy that made it did it that why because I went the wrong way by accident and got in front of him when he was coming in the other employee that watched him make the raspados corrected him because he was going to leave the lechera out as well
