It's in the name. Tortilla factory. This is the best fresh tortillas corn and flour and they have different sizes. I was happy with the texture and taste. Just the best to avoid preservatives it's a small little shop next to a circle k. It's very mom and pop.

Okay pastries. Rude woman sitting behind the counter doesn't know how to welcome you. Assumes you speak spanish, ignores your English. She left a very bad taste in my mouth. Never again.

I’ve been buying empanadas for several years here because they always had more fruit filling than any other bakery I had gone to. I kept buying them despite that they doubled in price since the pandemic. The last 2 times disappointed - you can barely see a thin layer of pineapple filling. I called the previous visit & spoke with the owner just in case it was a bad batch. Apparently not. I will have to check other bakeries for pineapple & pumpkin empanadas.

I bought 2doz beef tamales and 1/2doz green corn tamales. Also 3doz med tortillas for $90. The tortillas were still warm and fresh and very good. The tamales were very dry. Even after we steamed them the masa was really dry and there was very little meat in them. Coming from a family that makes tamales these were very disappointing. Honestly no one ate them after we tasted the first one. They were not the worst I've had but a close second. I haven't tried their baked goods, but the lines were out the door on Christmas Eve.

First of all you need to have someone who understands english and can communicate. There used to be a lovely lady there who was very friendly. The new staff clearly dont want to deal with white people. The quality of the tortillas has gone down hill. I get home and realize they have holes in them. Out of 24 small tortillas i could only use 16 of them. Very disappointing. The prices are also way to high. This shop has become a great disappointment.

I waited outside for 15 minutes. They say they open at seven so then two chicks get off of the bus they walk over they unlock the door and I was like great it’s seven nice I’m going in then they tell me I have to wait because I need to turn the lights on I think that if you’re going to run a business, then you should be here well before the 7 o’clock, in my opinion
