The parking was adequite (3/5) & ambiance (atmosphere) was inviting (4/5). Great authentic Mexican decor (4/5)! The men's restroom wasn't dirty, but it also wasn't very clean. I was about to give it only 2 stars, but then I saw the hook on the door that allowed me to exit and I decided to give the bathroom 2.5/5 stars. Is so far so good, right? But then we got to the poor service. The young man was clearly out of his element and lacking in training. He forgot several common items such as extra napkins and utensils as well as checking on our party which was 3 adults and one teen. I really wish that managers would teach their servers to answer a question they don't know the answer to like this: "Unfortunately, I don't know the answer to that question, but let me check on it right away and get you an answer." As opposed to making it up and pulling something out of their rear end. Finally we had to wait an extremely long amount of time to get our check. Ultimately I had to get-up-and-go find this site manager and share with him our experience. To his credit he gave us 25% off of our meal. I suggested to him that he might need to retrain is retrain our waiter. He agreed. He explained to us that he had only been on the job for 2 weeks. Luckily several of our requests were fulfilled by another waiter who was not handling our table (2/5). Overall score of 3.1/5

Never got to eat here. Told 15 minutes wait, and wasn't. Told about 10 more minutes. Didn't wait because others before told us good luck. They were told 20 minutes and they waited an hour before they left. Asked 3 times how many in party. They need servers if you are looking.

I recently got hired here and I ended up sick with the flu. I got sent home 2 days because for some weird reason they want you to still work sick. I called out the 3rd day on a Sunday and they told me to let them know when I was better. I did just that but owner Gilberto and his wife Yvette have since then ignored me I've tried multiple times to ask about a schedule and when I can go back but no response. So basically I got fired for being sick mind you I have 4 kids and quit my other job to work with them. So now I'm jobless thanks parrilla suiza. Do not work there because they basically frown upon you not working while sick or just having a life outside or work

Do not work there because they basically frown upon you not working while sick or just having a life outside or work.
In the past (20+ years ago when I lived in OV) I frequented the one on Oracle. I'd eaten here once after it first opened. I preferred the 'ambiance' of the one on Oracle. Today while visiting OV for a few days, this one was more convenient. At 12:30pm I was the only customer. Immediately in the entry a very unpleasant smell (industrial, medicinal?) was noticed. It overwhelmed the food. I had chicken enchiladas suizas with red sauce. I like that it's red chile sauce, not enchilada sauce. Lots of chicken in THREE enchiladas along with rice and charro beans. Lots to take for later. Server returned a few times to make sure everything was OK. By the time I left, two other tables were seated. Ina Road is a mess getting to and out of this place and it's on the far edge of town so that might be why there weren't many people. If it hadn't been for the persistent odor it would have been a better dining experience. Maybe it was from the work going on in the kitchen -- they removed some sort of large dirty shelving or hood, wiped down the wall with something (was that the odor?), and re-installed a different piece of equipment -- didn't seem like that should be happening while they were preparing food.

Every location, every time... Great experience. Food always good and service impeccable. I was playing a memory game, so it's been about 2 months since I was in, but Deanna was superb. Poblano enchiladas on point.
We were seated and served quickly! The quality food is excellent!
