I’m working the fire at the Grand Canyon Dragon Bravo fire. This catering company has no regard for the fire crew or camp workers. The evidence is in the food. Pork and chicken are always under cooked. The quality can only be resolved by peptide bismol and antacids. They make it very evident that the quality that can only be described as two week old garbage is ok with them. Please remove from catering list .

If I could give this place less than one stars I would. I work wildfires, and am currently working the dragon bravo fire on the Grand Canyon. For as big and hard as this fire is, you would expect caterers to genuinely care about the quality of food that they are giving firefighters and emergency response personnel. This couldn’t be farther from the truth with This catering company one morning they served us ground up turkey that was blended with water. Their eggs are always made from powder and water the times that they actually do use real eggs. The eggs are black on the inside. They don’t season their food. Many times we have had to wait 15 to almost 20 minutes because they didn’t properly prepare their food if their meat is cooked all the way through you can expect it to taste and have the texture of a shoe. There are multiple people at this fire that has national attention that have signed a petition to try and get this caterer moved off of this assignment. Myself and members of my team have lost weight at these fires because the taste and quality of this food is so Bad. If you are in charge of hiring catering for an emergency event or even just a normal catering Circumstance… please do yourself and the team that is working with you a favor and stay far away from this caterer. This caterer is so bad that I will be asking who will be providing the food before I agree to let my team come to another event.
