They charge a 4% credit card fee which isn't specified. They only advertise that the menu shows a cash price. Fountain drink refills aren't free. A four ounce cup of guacamole to go was over $5. 4 ounce salsa and tiny bag of chips was over $4. Quality of the food isn't worth going back for those prices.

Excellent service! Ordered over the phone and it was sitting on the counter waiting for me. I was greeted as soon as I came in the door, and recieved nothing but smiles and good feelings after I made my purchase. 👍🏻

Owner over charges/adds extras at register.
I ordered 3 lunch meals @ $11 + chicken taco salad $14 + 3 kids meals @ $7 + 2 iced teas @ $3 + side sour cream $2. Bill should have been about $82 (tax incl.).
He charged $92.64 (tax incl.). I'm not the kind of person to whine about $10, but I'd like people to know that they should double check their bill because the owner may fat finger an extra charge or two at the register. Owner should review items ordered at register with customer to always ensure the customer can give him a good review.

My server was wonderful and very attentive. Lots of bright colors and interesting seats, tables, and decor. They have both lunch and dinner specials as well as a nice menu with many options for around $15. Their margaritas are $10, and I feel that's too high of a price. Sorry guys. Regular soft drinks are $3. Leo's offers the option to host groups which is nice. The rice and beans were decent, and so were the chicken enchiladas. The guacamole was quite good as well.

I really love this restaurant so I kind of hate to post this but this aspect of the restaurant is just ridiculous to me. We ordered 55.00 worth of takeout food. Since when are chips and salsa not included with your entree. My order was three entrees. I asked for chips and salsa and got the tiniest bag of chips I have ever seen. When I asked for more chips I was told that there is a charge for extra chips. I asked for Leo who is the owner manager and he gave me another tiny bag of chips. This is not the first time this restaurant has been stingy with tortilla chips. I have been there at least 10 times and every time I go there we get one bowl of chips. When we ask for more chips we are asked are you sure you want them because your dinner is on the way. If I didn't want chips I wouldn't ask for them. Quit being stingy.

Zero flavor. Save your money. Hit a chain or even Taco Bell.
Great old school family run Mexican place.

My husband and I have ate at Leo's a few times, first time the food was awesome, every time after that it just got worse and last week was awful. My plate looked like the enchiladas was wrapped with a thick piece of hard cheese and wrapped in a tortilla covered with some sauce, there was no sauce on the bottom just a white colored tortilla. The cheese was not melted inside the enchilada and it was hard. The Chile relleno, I was having trouble finding the cheese and it was soggy. I did point this out to Leo the owner and his reply was the tortillas are thick. I ate 2 bites and they still charged me for food that was inedible, We will not be back!!
