Lin's Grand Buffet

First let me say that I don't regularly frequent buffets. They tend to be incredibly busy and dirty.

As for Lin's, they were packed. We went around 2pm thinking they would be slower (after lunch and before dinner), but that was a huge mistake. The place was packed with people. As such - there were a few times that the desired food had a wait time. Given the busyness, the staff was still incredibly friendly and helpful. When I asked about a certain food, I was given an ETA and it was accurate.

The food itself was good, but not spectacular. It's a buffet. And since it's largely Asian food, the spice pallet is a factor in enjoyability. They also have a decent amount of American food for picky eaters and kids (pizza, chicken, red meat, etc.). I did not eat from the salad or dessert bars, so I can't comment but both had very long lines.

While the service was on par and drinks were refilled/plates picked up quickly, I did not enjoy sitting by the server area. You could smell the trash, see the dirty dishes and the floor was constantly wet. Had the restaurant been slower, I'm sure we would have had better seating.

Overall, I would go back. The price was reasonable, the food was good and service was better than other buffets.

First of all the bathrooms looked terrible, they need to do clean it at least 2 or 3 times a day,
There is one asian receptionist that was so mean and had an attitude with us, like not wanting to work.
Food was alright though.

First time at lins and I really enjoyed having something different. Although I do prefer Golden Corral. I also appreciate that they label that there is peanuts in some food seeing that I’m allergic. Food was ok.

Not worth the money you spend . The sweet and sour is watery, the chicken is good just not a whole lot of chicken in that breading . Same with the breaded shrimp .

I met a friend for lunch at Lin's, and was amazed by the quantity and variety of selections. Everything I tried was good, and I'm anxious to go back with my husband another time.

I love ❤️ love this place! A great selection for the family. Or just by yourself or first time date. Good 👍 prices and the food 🥘 is pretty darn tasty too. Anyone has not been there before and would like to go there for lunch 🥗 or dinner 🍽️ just go ahead and give it a try, we all love it. If I was to go visit Tucson again I would go back there for my favorite 😍 meal. It’s the crawfish 🦞! 😂🤭and the noodles!

Every time I come with my family the food is never fresh! The owner is horrible at service as far as bringing out fresh food. If the pot is full she doesn't care how old it is. I wish we had more locations in Tucson. I have a family of five so the bill is never small, so fresh would be nice.

Its cheap, but a good deal for the price. Short on staff on the floor. A couple of very good ladies, young with great orientation towards customer service. The manager is improving food service.

It's gotten much better recently. The food was so good, hot , fresh and do much variety. I hope they keep it up. And we had a nice time!
