Good food great atmosphere.

Poor service, poor quality of food, dirty restaurant. All of the food tasted off. The sesame chicken was congealed and was sweet rather than spicy. The sweet and sour chicken was over cooked and dry, the sweet and sour sauce was runny as if it had been watered down. The staff was very rude and didn't attempt to make the experience any better. Felt as if I was sticking to the floor when walking through the lobby. Will never visit again, the Panda Express around the corner has better food at a better price.

Poor service and rude staff. Was told my order was ready and waited an additional 20 minutes while they waited on everyone that came in after me. They then refused to give me my order until I demanded a refund. By the time I got my order it was all cold and needed to be reheated. The location in Phoenix is amazing, Tucson's is horrible. Never visiting again. I will drive across town to the Golden Dragon instead.

My sister and I ate lunch there .my sister went to get ice cream and going back to her seat she tripped over a ragged carpet in front of the icecream case .in doing so she fell flat to the floor.. None of their staff helped her up. .It took severall customer s to help her get up. Manger was asked for but it 30 to40 minutes to appear. Than it was nothing buttalk saying the aren't responsible I myself will never eat there again ..it's the public that keeps them open ..Bottom line they only care about the money they

There was a lady bug on my salad from the Cesar salad . When we asked for a refund for my meal since I lost my appetite. she asked how long we been sitting there we stated we only just got here maybe 10 min ago. She was very passive aggressive in her apology and basically originally just said okay we throw out that salad.

My partner and I went to dine at Lins buffet like we've done many times, but this time we encountered such a rude, hateful even scary employee named Fam, she is NOT a nice person. We plan not to return and discourage other people from going there. Terrible lady

On May 2, 2025, I invited my best friend to Lin's buffet. After we checked in, an Asian female employee named Fam or Pham tried to get us a table that we didn't like. Even though there were a plenty of other tables available that we would prefer, this very unpleasant and even obnoxious employee kept denying and ignoring our request. That rude employee was an Asian female named Fam or Pham, a very unattractive and scary looking person. My friend and I was very upset over this particular employee's strange and hostile behavior and attitudes towards us. Because of this bad incident and reception, we completely lost our appetite even before starting to eat. That extremely unpleasant employee should be reprimanded immediately OR should not be working in restaurant business. My friend and I decide not to dine at Lin's Buffet again as long as that rude employee is working. It really left a bad taste in our mouths.

Majority of food cool, cool chewy sweet and sour chicken, cool crab ragoons, cool fried shrimp, fried donut has no donut taste, cakes very dry not moist, ice cream was good but some empty tho opened half hour earlier, egg fried rice good taste but not even warm, lousy ignorant cashier was overcharged and said couldn't refund, first time visit and not impressed

Sat at the front counter for what felt like eternity. Had to call to get them to come out of the offices every staff member looks miserable. The manager or owner was the one that took our money and was not friendly. This place ain’t cheap. We should be getting some friendly staff for what we pay.
