Food is great , real good selection of foods, today the service was real bad, long time to switch out empty food trays, had to wait for the drinks, I understand they are short staffed.
The food is usually pretty good but my orange chicken didn't seem fully cooked. The men's restroom smells like urinals. We have been there a few times and this was our only bad experience there. I asked for a refund and the response was no you already paid.
Busy busy busy today, a Monday around 3pm. There are great times to go when the tables are all open and it's much quieter. Service never changes no matter how busy it is - they are always hiring servers and cashiers when I go, and it's been 12 months since I was introduced to this place.
