What kind of pizza place promotes "Hot & Ready" and then has customers waiting in lines and in their cars for over 20 minutes? Then, the employees appear like they have no clue and then to top it all off, they are RUDE to the customer who are waiting!? The lack of leadership here just made this store a failure, a huge one. I'll be calling your manager and corporate offices in the morning.
The pizza is good I want to comment on your integrity towards your managment team. When you promote a team member to Assitant manager or Manager, why would you reduce hours in that the individual cannot count on making more money in this new position because you reduce their hours? Seems like an employer who uses rather than commits to promoting individuals!
