This location is a joke. Nothing is ever ready, orders are skipped or never made. 'Hot and Ready my ass. Nothing is ever hot and ready. Lines out the damn door. One order at a time. No cold soda, only three employees during the dinner hour?!?!

I know the area, I frequent here. But it’s not the food that’s far under your standards, but I think it’s just management. I adore the broadway and Harrison location, the manager lady has whooped that store into greatness while providing good quality food that’s always on point. Also, this grant location just handed me (after waiting 10mins) a seriously cold and what felt to be stale crazy bread. I walked out, walked right back in and told him I would wait for a fresh batch. He tossed them back into the heater and proceeds to say something to a co worker and I hear him say “oh fancy pants” sir, I’m not fancy nor do I enjoy pants. But I love fresh crazy bread. Am I asking for too much?

we placed an order an hour and a half ago and we are still waiting here. we did and online order along with 10 others waiting in the store and they don’t start making your order till you go up and ask for it. and they’ve asked what i order is 6 times and still havnt made it. waste of time

I called the store tonight around 9:30 to check on a delivery order and the guy who answered the phone was absolutely RUDE. He hung up on me mid conversation and when I tried calling back he answered and hung up. This is absolutely unacceptable
