Great pizza, great price. Terrible online ordering system, terrible service. Online orders used to work flawlessly. Now the food is ready 20-30 minutes after the promised time. Half the food is cold because it’s been sitting. Walk-in customers (not hot ‘n ready) receive quicker service than online orders. If you can’t meet the promised time, don’t promise it!

Absolutely absurd drug addicts everywhere it's dirty you have people begging you for money as soon as you walk out and then they lie to you about the time that it's going to take for your pizza to be made I was quoted at 15 to 20 minutes and I waited almost 2 hours they keep lying about the time I have to wait this is just unprofessional.. I've been coming here for 11 years and let me just say never believe on how long they're going to take unless you can clearly see that the store is empty because if they're behind they are 100% behind

If I could I would give No stars. I ordered my food online was 30min away so it would be perfect timing. Food was to be done at 6:07. Got it at 6:25. But people walking in and ordering the same stuff as us off the street continuously got their food before us. I will Never return to this Location. I do not recommend anyone to come here.Side note: at the busiest time an employee walked out to take a break.

The website claimed pizzas would be ready in 20 minutes. I called after fifteen minutes, and was told they would be ready in twelve minutes. I arrived in ten minutes to an empty waiting area, and was told one pizza was not yet made. Twenty minutes later I left, never to return.

Went in this store. Around 845 the store was packed no workers in front or what could be seen tell after I got inside their was two lady's in back never came to front for at least 10 or 15 min to see it will be 20 min for pizza. Then a lady comes after she grabbed the phone that had been ringing non stop. And ended up saying that she was GM and her name maybe Elizabeth iam not sure. Wasn't listening cuz she was yelling . Very rude. And no reason why people were waiting over a hour for pizza that should be hot and ready. A guy said he went home and came back and his order still not ready delivery orders they finally started making first and. Clearly this GM needs a new job if she doesn't no how to run her store. Ridiculous. It takes 6.40 or 6.50 to run a pizza thru overnight why are people waiting hours. On a Tuesday. Is ridiculous

I made an order at 7:19 pm 12/21/2023. Estimated Pickup Time had to be : 08:15 PM - 08:20 PM on 12/21.At 08:21 PM I was overthere where your worker informed me that my order will be ready in 1 hour 30 minues. Nobody warned me that the order was delayed because your company doesn't care about customers. Nobody offered me home delivery so I wouldn't have to wait outside the restaurant because your company doesn't care about customers. No one answers the phone number listed in the email. Because your company doesn't care about customers. Period.

You got to give them their 5 stars. There pizza great, affordable and fast. They have mastered the quick bite market.Parking: 20 spots and the stores next to them are out of business so you can use them all.Wheelchair accessibility: This could be difficult for wheelchair access. You would have to go to the end of shopping center and wheel yourself all the way back do to a giant curb out front.
