We had our order given away to someone else with the same name. The lady that was in charge did apologize. She was super busy and seemed overwhelmed. It wasn't the best feeling having to wait for our food to be made again, but I understand.

Placed an online order over an hour ago which said it would be ready between 5:48-6:01pm. It is now 6:35 and it’s still not ready. Ive watched people walk in and pick up their orders without waiting at all and the attendant at the register keeps telling me mine will be the next order but it never is. Finally just asked them to cancel my order.

Oh my I just attempted to place A SIMPLE PICK UP ORDER, and Jane, (has a thick accent you can’t miss it) couldn’t complete my order the first time around, put me on hold, over 2 pizzas, 2 orders of sliced and stix lol called again because I was on hold for over 10 mins. Tried to call again and same girl Jane answered and then tried to put me on hold again so “somebody could complete my order” girl just give me a total???
I called the one on Broadway and it took less than 1 minute to place my order. Save your time and peace

This is the normal location I go to when I want pizza, and usually everything goes well. This time however, when I ordered an extra most bestest cheese pizza, it took nearly 35 minutes when i was quoted 15 minutes, which isn't the end of the world when they're super busy like they were yesterday. The problem is that I received an all feta cheese pizza with almost no sauce on the pizza and it tasted horrible, it had a terrible consistency. There was also pieces of onion and bell pepper on the pizza, which is not something I want on what's supposed to be just cheese. They either need more staff running the registers or some better communication.

Ordered pizza well done and it was soggy. I guess for cheap pizza it wasn't a surprise. I pre-ordered and received a code to use on the warmers so I could just go in and pull it from the ovens but both screens were frozen. There were at least 7 people waiting in the lobby. It was ridiculous.

Our pizza was see through… pizza should NEVER be see through. The grease was seeping through the box… unbelievable!
Tried to blame the doordash driver for delivering an impartial order even though doordash has instructions to make sure they have the entire thing due to how bad the store is with forgetting. This time was the last time. Will be ordering from another location.

One of the worst experiences I've had here. Definitely made me regret tipping the staff. I Was quoted 15 minutes for a hot n ready, waited 30-40 before I went up to the counter to see what was going on. Heard one of the employees ask if my order went out yet and saw her throw away my order ticket. I was forgot about completely that whole time. I would SERIOUSLY suggest going to a different location.
