Pissed off. I ordered online said it would be ready at 8:24 pm. It was ready at 8:19 cool went in it wasn't in thr portal so I waited in line until 8:43 until.i got pissed and went to the back to grab someone just to see 2 employees sitting on there butt's the freaked that i walked back there. This place needs a manager that can do there job she's is unless and has no idea what's she is doing.

If I could give zero stars I would. The pizza I just paid good money for, is neither hot nor ready. There was 12 people in the back just hanging around. The whole front of the store is packed and no one is doing a thing about it.

Had to wait while the manager let a Fry's employee cut the line of 5 different people to do a change exchange - nothing purchased - and then she decided to ditch us all in the front with no other help. Great way to treat their customers 😌😌😌😌😌 phone rang the whole time while they chit chatted, great atmosphere
It's inexpensive pizza and it's perfect for when you don't have time to cook. Obviously not a five star pizza. I will say it's better than the grocery store pizza and some other less expensive pizza places. Also the employees are super nice and very helpful!

Place sucks.... nothing was hot n ready had to wait 25 min for 1 pizza. Customer service was trash. Place was dirty. Has definitely gone down hill. Last time we come here

What is the point of ordering ahead if you have to wait an additional 15-20 minutes for a pizza that the app said was ready the main reason why I hardly eat here and if course the one night where I said I'll just get Little Caesars it happens

They are always working so hard and making sure everyone is being helped no matter how busy it is. They are great!
What's to say it's fast and affordable and if you have to get something quick and under 7 bucks it's food and its ok but im not impressed with the inability to see the kitchen because it's blocked but no complaints other then that I think something needs to chance about the amount of active yeast used because it like cardboard sometimes.
This place never has pizza I've had to leave multiple times and take my money elsewhere and today was the final straw
I dont go to little Ceasars to wait 20 minutes for a pizza I go to get a hot and ready.
If they aren't prepared to sell a pizza at 8pm on a Friday night that tells me they are too busy talking and not cooking dang pizza
