I went to order breadsticks and a pizza. Cashier lady tells me she doesn't have enough change (bills or coins). It's the middle of the day and 2 banks nearby that are walking distance. What kind of business operates that way? No excuses. I'll take my business elsewhere

I showed up at 6:58 and placed an order for 1 pizza and 1 order of wings and was told there was a 25 minute wait 30 minutes later I check on my order and was told it would be another 15 minutes before my order would be ready Unwilling to wait any longer I requested a refund as people who had arrived after me were receiving their orders much sooner for some reason I was told it would take 5-7 business days before I would receive the refund After coming back home I decided to give the store a call After holding for 10 minutes the phone was finally answered only to be told the manager would be with me in 5 minutes then the phone was sat aside About 30 seconds later someone hung the phone up ! Take your business elsewhere , save yourself the heartache and loss of time The store is very poorly managed and staff has a sense of I don’t care

I never leave reviews but this place is absolutely ridiculous. If I could it would be a zero star overall. I ordered online for some crazy bread and crazy puffs. Nothing crazy, tiny even. Thought doing it online would save me time, I have been waiting for over 50 minutes, I even got off my car to ask them if what was taking so long and told me another 20 minutes minimum. They are not short staffed, they are moving so slow it's ridiculous. Each person coming in I just want to tell them don't bother and to turn around you'll be here forever. The cashier has the nerve to tell them it will be 20 minutes for their order to be done, yeah right! Absolutely zero shame. So many people waiting for their food is absurd. Avoid this location unless you plan to waste your time.

Unless you specifically order your food, you're probably going to be disappointed. They don't have anything ready. I called ahead to be sure they had what I wanted ready to go. I show up and they said it would be a 15 min. wait. Who is the idiot answering the phone? Useless staff.

Usual little Caesars, highly populated area so expect a line if you didnt order ahead of time. So order ahead of time and be in and out 😀
Extremely disappointed in this place. Stopped by here to get a pizza for my kids (I should've looked at it) (12/30/2024) get home and go to feed my kids pizza and it's burnt and not just a little burnt cheese like BURNT like its been sitting in that warmer for HOURS. I go to take a piece out and it's like super rubbery completely inedible.. so now I have upset toddlers and I can't go back to return.

Was so disappointed. I ordered large with extra extra pepperoni. Should have looked at it before I left little ceasers. No extra pepperoni. There was 3 inches of crust, no topping, sauce or Cheese . Was cold, dried out and I had ordered it 5 :10 picked up 5:45 . Had to been somebody's that never came and got. $8.00 Sunday dec 6th.

I used the online app to order my food. My order was ready when I got there. I used the portal machine which was easy to use my food stayed warm. So I was in and out.

Little Cesar's on Valencia and Nexus in Tucson, Arizona has to be the worst one i have ever been to. I ordered a Peperoni pizza and Breadsticks through the app and was given over 40 MINUTE wait. I go to the store and ask for a hot and ready peperoni instead and the young man behind the counter says 30 minutes. I tell him you advertise hot and ready but tell me it's 30 minutes. He says yea, that's how long it takes. There is one young girl making pizzas one man cutting, and the young man I'm talking to roving. There are at least 6 people in the waiting area and more waiting in their cars. I m little annoyed and tell him it's bs that you guys advertise hot and ready and then it takes 30 minutes. He says " there are a lot of things that are bs in life". He's not wrong but the lack of customer service skills Little Cesar's allows is unacceptable for customers. I am ot a Karen and have worked in the service industry for many many years. As a manager, I would never allow this! Order cancelled and ordered Domino's. They have amazing specials if you use the app.
