Well it finally happened.... Just around 2 hours for 2 pizzas 2 bread packs .. got everything home and cold absolutely cold.... Why did I WAIT DAM NEAR 2 HOURS FOR COLD FOOD???????? absolutely 💯 disappointed and will never eat here again......

It can be hit or miss some employees know how to cut a pizza correctly other times just sloppy have to cut it at home that is if your going home sometimes your greeted when you come in other times nothing sometimes 🍕 🍕 is nice & hot 🔥 that when finished your like wow other times it is blah

let me give you the situation I'm at Little Caesars for an Uber eats order and when I walk in there are seven people waiting for pizza, 4 have ordered online and three are picking up, none of the pizzas are even done, there is only two people working in the back and it's on a Friday around 9:00 to be exact, I feel so bad for the One worker who's trying his best to solve the situation, by offering refunds and coupons actually taking charge but more people just keep coming in, some people in there have been waiting for hours. Not to mention with that many people in there it is a oven.

This place will be shut down soon with the constant new hire employee turn over. EVERY single time we have came here the service couldnt be worse. It seems like everyone is mad to be working there. We get emails that the order is ready and we get here and theres still a 10 min wait. Its just completely gone downhill the past few years. We will have to start trying another location.
When a person asks for lite sauce actually. My thin crust definitely not lite sauce. I just threw it all up. Tried to call the store and was on hold for almost 20 mins. I would like a refund at least the one pizza. It takes a lot for me to throw up and this was definitely not lite so I threw it up. Mm

I love this Little Caesars. It is on my way home from work, so I am regularly stopping in to get a Hot-'N-Ready. The employees are always friendly, even when they get super busy, ,because sometimes, they get really friggin' busy. If you like to order ahead and not deal with anyone, they also have the self service pickup option. I don't use this enough, but it is extremely convenient. I love walking in when there is a big line, go right to the self service, and pick up my pre-ordered and paid for pizza right out of the pre-order hot-box. Thank you all for doing such a good job, and I'm sure you'll see me around. Cheers!
