Y'all need to start using the Pizza Portal again.

Edit: back to not using the pizza portal again for some reason, I see. You have 2 employees in there and 10 customers waiting at the same time. You're burning my pizza and you can't do one simple thing to make the process a bit more effective for everyone.

We set a pick up order for 6:45pm came in and order was not done. Tried to get the attention of one of the workers but they were just ignoring customers and would only approach someone at random. Waited around for a little over and hour before I decided to leave and figure something else out for dinner. Tried to cancel my order but was told I couldn’t cancel it until Monday!! That’s ridiculous. And around 9:10 got the message that the order was ready so decided to go and pick up and not waste $22 in this economy. I get there to only wait another 30 mins because it wasn’t ready!! And they wouldn’t even listen to my concerns, the least they could do is give some coupons or throw in some breadsticks or an extra pizza. Just outright disorganized and unhelpful. And burnt pizza!!

Don't waste your time here on the weekend. It will take you an hour or more waiting for a pizza or whatever you order.
The people are rude and are not prepared for this job.
Better look for another place.

Did an online order and delivery. My door dasher waited for AN HOUR. Apparently they were understaffed, but the last two times I’ve came to this location they’ve never had hot and ready and always say it’ll be a 30 minute wait. I don’t recommend this location at all. This place is so poorly managed.

My son had a baseball game nearby so I ordered from here & definitely will not be coming back. As soon as I walk in workers are ignoring customers who are waiting to be helped. The time given for my pizza to be ready was off by about 20 minutes. The staff was very rude to customers concerns. Yeah, definitely need improvements here!!!

I ordered my pizza online thinking it would be ready by 5:30 pm time it was scheduled for.. I arrived was waiting at the pizza portal for about five minutes after my pick up time finally after being ignored, I asked are you working on the order for me? She said my order was in the middle of the oven after waiting another 15 minutes I asked where’s my order ?? she replied. I’m just waiting on your deep dish to get made. I’m 20 minutes in my late order being totally ignored then I get the order. It’s completely wrong . Bad part is after dropping off this horrible pizza to my family going back to work. I came home to eat and realize I didn’t get anything I paid for then when I called I was told it’s 30 minutes before closing. Can you call in the morning and let them know…???? Wow this is thee worst location I have ever been to this is not the first time this has happened. I’m just fed up with the absolute lack of customer service and all the employees walking around high as a kite.

I didn't catch their names, but the two people who were manning the store the day after Christmas in the evening all by themselves this year, those guys are my heroes. They worked efficiently, competently, and courteously despite less than ideal conditions.

Little Caesar’s Thornydale and North Hills- On December 10th one pizza out of our order was made with the wrong toppings. When I realize this once I got home I called and spoke with the night manager Dawn who took my name and said the next time I come in it will be replaced, if I have any problems tell them I spoke with Dawn. Sounds good! I ordered pizzas tonight (12/26) for my family online then called the store to order the replacement pizza. The nice young kid who answered the phone tried his best to help me but my name was not on the list. While trying to come up with a solution the “store manager “ is telling the young man on the phone “she will need to call back and talk to Dawn at 7, we aren’t replacing the pizza”. When I explained that I had already ordered other pizzas tonight to be picked up in 10 minutes and I wasn’t coming twice in one night, the “store manager” then told the young man on the phone to “hang up on her”. So when I went to pick up the pizzas I had already paid for and asked to speak with the “store manager” about this situation he immediately had an attitude and said “I don’t appreciate you coming in here, this is my store and I’m not replacing your pizza”. I had to go in there for the other food that I had purchased. The “store manager “ refused to give me his name so that I could let the franchise owner know what happened and refused to even apologize for the original messed up order. The “store manager” stated “I’m not getting written up for giving away pizzas because Dawn can’t put it in the log correctly”. The “store manager “ was rude, confrontational, short tempered and not managerial by any means. I am highly disappointed and will NEVER get pizza from this location again. Do better.

These poor people were SLAMMED. I felt so bad for them. But they continued to give pleasant service! There were only 3 people working, and the older gentleman was struggling, he may have been new. Kudos to them not snapping!

We've bought pizza here for years, but recently it's taken so long to get our pizza. The last 2 trips have each been a total of an hour and forty minutes to get one pizza and some crazy bread.

The estimate they provide at checkout is 20-30 minutes but I've had a van full of kids waiting in the parking lot for over an hour for dinner.

One time was a Friday night so I figured I'd try again when we wanted pizza on a Monday, but it was just as backed up and tons of people waiting in the lobby and parking lot. Another hour and forty minutes and the pizza was missing the extra cheese and pineapple I'd ordered.

We're not coming back anymore.

This place was busy there were people waiting outside from placing there orders. Once you placed your order it wasn’t very long before you got your food. The young man at the register was busy but he got the orders out as fast as they could. This was my first time at this one I will be back.
