I ordered online. It was busy so I understood the wait. 45 minutes later I go up and say can I get a status on my order. He says it should be ready. It was...and given to someone else 25 minutes prior. He said we can remake it in thirty minutes or you can get your money back in three to five business days. After messing up like that and having me wait so long I should've been offered more than that. What's the point of them having the pizza portal of they dont use it and just hand your order off to someone else.

I walked in today10/30/25, I was told there was a 20 minute wait. Nothing out of the ordinary as this is common at this location. We waited 50 minutes and my husband went to counter to ask what the hold up was, the cashier girl goes back to ask and the guy in the back proceeded to yell if they don’t like it they can go elsewhere rudely. We waited another 15 minutes and my order was finally ready. Ridiculous lack customer service at this location be prepared

Normally this location is great but tonight it was terrible. I ordered a crazy stuffed crust pizza and it tasted horrible they put salt all over the pizza. The employees never acknowledged the 15 people waiting in line. I ordered online and waited over an hour to get my food just to have horrible pizza. I will never go to this location again.
