Went to pick up some “hot N ready“ pizzas and was told it would be a 40 minute wait, even though they had three warmers full of pizzas. The girl had the worst attitude ever, and when I asked what was up with the pizzas that were sitting there, she said they were other people‘s orders waiting to be picked up. Mind you they have a designated pick up area so then I asked her why they weren’t in there and she just shrugged her shoulders. What’s funny is none of them even had receipts attached to them like they normally do for online orders. To be honest, I would’ve waited the 40 minutes, but the girls nasty attitude made me not want to wait!

Got food poisoning from this little Caesars and I watched the kids running the place running around touching everything and not washing their hands before going back to touching food without gloves or any kind of protection

I'll start this off with the fact that I am typically not the one to complain. Usually the quality of pizza is what you would expect from Little Caesars, and we typically enjoy it! However, on this occasion, we had a little snafu with ordering online, so I called the store to resolve that. I have called over 10 times, with NO ONE picking up from the store. Someone from a call center picked up but then hung up on me (twice). They will not be receiving patronage from me again, such poor customer service in my opinion. I would rather spend a few extra dollars just for the better customer service.

Ordered in the app and it still took over 20 minutes for an order of two pizzas (1 supreme and one regular pepperoni) , an order of bread sticks and two pizza sauces for dipping (I hate that they're ice cold now, BTW). I know the Domino's nearby would have been faster than this "hot and ready" pizza joint. 🍕😑
I ordered 2 everything pizzas ahead and arrived exactly time I ordered. Both pizzas were dried out and hard crust. I usually love Lil Caesars but this time was terrible and was taking to a party. I was totally embarrassed 😳

I put in an online order to be picked up at 6pm. It’s now 6:27 and they still aren’t ready.
We ordered pizza and those tiny pizza muffins. The pizza muffins were trash and adrian was uncooperative. Thornydale is a billion times better than this

Every time I purchase pizza here I see them in the back. Spreading pizza dough, adding cheese, etc. the staff are not wearing gloves while handling food. It's very simple and only takes a few seconds to put gloves on. The staff really doesn't seem to care and they are not very friendly.

Stopped by for a quick take out pizza and got a pepperoni pizza that was cold and missing sauce and cheese on a good portion. See photo. They couldn't spread it out properly? Tasted like cardboard and was chewy. Kids still finished it but unenthusiasticly. Service was slow and employee hardly said a word to me.
