I guess they are anti change now. Had $10.23 coming back and received $10 because they had no change. I guess they don't want people paying cash. Rounding up for pennies is one thing, but no ALL CHANGE

Preorder food on the app for pick up drove over at estimated pick up time and order was not even close to ready cashier told my husband 10-15more mins once we got the pizza it was cold and there was a hair in the pizza which could have not been one of our because it was melted in the cheese which is super disgusting will never be ordering from this store ever again 🤮🤮 would of took a picture of the pizza but I was so upset I threw the whole pizza away and ordered from Dominos such a waste of my time and money

The female GM is allowing the quality of the little ceasers brand to deplete and it's really a shame standards and pride in your work are no longer relevant and after messing up my order for a 3rd time in a row I'm good I won't be returning nor will I recommend little ceasers at any events parties or just for a simple quick meal do better the brand deserves it

Id give negative stars if I could. 3 times in a row I visit and they cant get it right. First time I got the wrong order. Second time it was given away to someone else, was told it would be 10 min more and I waited 30. Third time I ordered an hour ahead for a scheduled pick up. Showed up on time, waited an extra 30 min. Went to the counter and it was never made

I’ve been to this location 2 times and each time the same young men are working and they have both been great excellent customer service and very polite (01/31/2025)

Worst experience I have ever had at a Little Ceasars. They didn’t give me 3 things that I ordered and refused to give me a refund. They only offered for me to come back and pick up the forgotten items. That was not an option for me and so I lost out on $8 worth of food I paid for. Will not be ordering from this location ever again.

Came to this location after a different location had terrible service and wait times and got a pizza almost instantly, it wasn't the hottest but it was an absolute miracle experience compared to the other location!!

Wait to long for ready to go pizza. No plates no napkins no condiments.
I guess by reducing the price of the napkins, plates and condiments they lower the price for the pizza and isn't the much what I saved.

I’m not sure if this store even knows the meaning of Hot a Ready because they NEVER have any pizzas. When you go order they tell you, it’ll be a 45 min to an hour wait time. While they have one person just walking around doing absolutely nothing. One person making pizzas and very lucky if we get someone to take an order. I totally understand what a lunch and dinner rush is. But if they know that everyday they get busy at a certain time you would think they would be ready for that rush. This store definitely needs some new staff or management.
Management needs to be on at all times your employees after 4pm decide it’s better to be on ur phone in the back and be texting while supposed to be boxing pizzas leaving unattended full room of customers with pre-orders come in alongside look for better employees or retrain your employees
Every. Single. Time. I get a Little Caesars pizza it is UNDERCOOKED and soggy. I don’t get pizzas here often and I always end up having to put it in my oven to actually cook it all the way so I’m not eating chewy dough and hardened cheese that’s separated from the entire slice. You get what you pay for, as the CEO would say. Wish I could give 0 stars for this laughable excuse of a pizza.

What an absolute horrible experience. I pre-ordered for pick up at 7:30, I arrived about 10 minutes early. I could see the store was very busy, so I patiently waited in my car and paid attention to the app instead of going in expecting my food to be ready when I knew it wouldn’t be ready judging by how busy they were. The app said the food was in the oven at 7:13. This did not change by 8 o’clock. I finally went inside to see if I could get some sort of estimate.
They were calling orders out as they were ready by 8:25. I was tired of waiting and just wanted to cancel the order.
The associate in the front was letting people know that it was a long wait. She was not very nice about it. She was very rude to people saying it was gonna be an hour. Everyone was waiting. Basically it wasn’t her problem and it was gonna be an hour wait.
I went to her and asked to cancel my order. She said OK got my name then said hold on turned around. There were three boxes at the bottom of some stand thing almost on the floor. She picks them up set them on the counter. She’s then trying to figure out what’s missing. She goes and grabs my breadsticks. I tell her there’s four pizzas and breadsticks. I open the box, the pizza looks like it’s been sitting in that same spot the hour that I’ve been waiting. I tell her no I don’t want this. I just want to cancel. It’s not even a complete order at this point. I’m still missing a pizza.
She starts to process the refund then she says to everyone standing waiting. This is why we’re behind insinuating that it’s my fault that the store is behind on its orders. I said excuse me how is this my fault? she then says something about the kitchen didn’t tell her my order was ready. How is that my fault and also why is my food almost on the floor of this restaurant? She proceeds to say if you think you can do better be my guest. I can fully understand being busy and understaffed, but to speak to me in this manner is absolutely ridiculous. A gentleman comes from the back processes the refund doesn’t say anything to me and just hand me a receipt never again will I even attempt to order from Little Caesars. I will speak about this horrible experience and you best believe that this review is going on yelp. Someone needs to step up and get involved in these stores, especially when these stores are this busy because for the employees to be that upset and that frustrated to where they’re taking it out on customers that have done absolutely nothing to them is insane. I didn’t know the situation. I ordered some food online. I didn’t raise my voice. I didn’t ask for a manager. I didn’t even ask for her name. I just wanted a refund at that point. There was no reason for anyone to be upset
