I was visiting this location as normally do once a week before i pick up my kid from school literally next to them, my crime was to ask the clerk for free cookies, he replies to me kids needs to be at the store next time, so i proceed leaving the two package of cookies at the counter, as a paying customer i feel the comment was very rude from him not to mention his body language, i am not a big fan of doing this google reviews but i hope if is some kind of higher up manager can read this end fix his staff at the store, not to mention the clerk kick me out from the store saying dont come back like if was there for free stuff or disrespecting the staff, dont know the name of the kid but was a white tall boy with a longer hair acting up all super tough person as trying to provide customer service ironic right.

Customer service was great, however they didn't have pizzas available and the wait was 25 minutes which seemed silly to me since that's what little ceasers is known for. Hot and ready's. This is a issue with just about all little ceasers locations. But again, customer service was on point.

I’m unsure if who the gentlemen was is the manager, but I was here on 11/2 around 7pm and there was basically a line out the door, surrounded by nothing but rude people. He handled the crowd absolutely amazing, never once got overwhelmed or rude, kept a smile on his face. He has always been very professional and kind, even when everyone else can’t figure out how to be. We get our pizza every Sunday with zero issues, highly recommend this location!!

Kory was my cashier and he was very attentive even though he was on his way out. Manny handed out my order and he was very kind, even held the door open didn't even have to ask. Appreciate them and their wonderful attitudes!

The worst Lil cesars in town. I placed an order over an hour ago, the site says pizza has been baking 45 mins. I went I and they hadn't even started it. Customer service is closed during bussiness hours... ect my card was charged and my pizza never made. Update i got notice it was ready over 3 hours later when they were closing and my kids were in bed... the staff was disorganized lacked the ability to do their jobs efficiently. Update, was told to call store manager, I tried and was on hold for over 40 mins... I guess the untimely bad customer service starts at management.

Online system said order would be ready for pickup in 20 minutes. 2 hours later I'm still waiting. Place is packed and overflowing, people standing outside, lots waiting in cars. This store is not able to keep up with the demand, and the online ordering system won't give you an accurate picture of how long you'll be waiting...
If you made an online order: be sure that when you come to pickup you bring your favorite book, or queue up that movie you've been meaning to watch... you'll have a couple hours...

Waiting in the waiting room for over 10 minutes multiple customers in a line no one from the back comes to greet or say anything to us until about 10 min. When they finally come up 1 customer returned a pizza not fully cooked so when I got my pizza and checked it also not fully cooked doughy in the middle of the pizza so after taking my money for the pizza they make me and the other customer wait another 15 minutes to make a new one. Why wait the 15 minutes you ask because I know if I asked for a refund ir would take 3 to 5 business days going into the weekend for any kind of return.

Wait times for order ahead and take out is very slow. Usually up to 30mins after the requested time. They need more staff.
Order at 6pm after order was told ready n bout 40 to 40 mins went back to pick up and they said not ready yet but I saw people who order after me and they got theirs already they then said about 20 or 25 more min which would make it over 1 hours and 30 mins to get my order not acceptable

No stars managers are un professional they do not replace mess ups. Will not return. ya all be carefully i spend almost 100 on my daughter's bday food and they messed up my order and now refuse to replace 3 of what they messed up🤦♀️

Went in to order 1 pizza and 2 breadsticks. I waited 35 min for the pepperoni pizza and the workers were standing around talking. There were about 6 workers. There was a man who had been waiting 45 minutes when I got there and when he said something a female worker laughed at him. They were rude and ignoring the customers asking questions. It was horrible. Update: got home and the brush they put the garlic butter on the pizza with left bristles on the bread and they served it to us. My daughter bit into it and pulled the brush piece out her mouth. I’m so pissed. Train your employees better. Do better.
