Little Caesars has good pizza for the price, I will continue to get at there restaurants but there sauce is not my favorite.

My family and i love little ceasers.... But 1 of the major reasons not just the deliciousness but it was the great 5dolla hot and ready now it's $7.10 with tax.. that is outrageous

The food quality has decreased over the years. The pizzas are oily and barely have any cheese and sauce on them. The prices aren't bad. Years ago when they first came out with the extra most bestest pizza it was packed with cheese and pepperoni. Now the extra most bestest is the same as the regular hot n readys while the hot n readys are mostly bread. They no longer give free parmesan cheese and chili flakes.

Went in to pick up a small order. That I place online to be ready at a specific time. My order was not ready yet. Any of the time frame that it was supposed to be ready at my food was given to me cold. I was told that I could show up tomorrow to pick up the missing product that I did not receive. The new slogan seems to be hot and ready. But don't forget that you still have to microwave It cause we give it to you cold. Yesy you are beyond the shadow of a doubt the most ignorant person in this industry that I've met. Thank you for not holding a standard.

Very upset that I placed an order of 6 in which they brought it and placed it on my trash bin then said they handed it to me which was not true after bringing them in they're all cold. After being cold had to warm them up for my kids before eating they saw hair in them. Had to throw two and half boxes cause they had hair in them.

Food is usually fine. However they broke their portal, so you will be stuck waiting on the slowest employee they have covering the counter with absolutely no back up. There is nothing fast about this location. Service seems to be about the same at any time of day.

Couldn't fix my order in any form. Got the wrong order delivered to me. It was easy over 30-40. Dollar oder and I got a simple 12 dollar order pepperoni pizza. While my order was chicken wings with thin crust pizza with the works. And I mean the works with EXTRA everything. And we said themselves ( and even my guest over heard this convo) that my order was still there and waiting for pick up.( which we all know that meant the food was going to the employees.) I asked for credit and I even asked if I paided for the mistake meal if I could get my original order delivered to me and even that was a no go.

It depends on the day, but this place can be really slow with the service 80% of the time. Staff is nice, worth going to of you have the extra 20-30 minutes. They'll make you wait that long.
Drive thru service was rude . Asked for napkins, and they were denied. Personal needs to be trained to slice pizzas. Here is an image of poor effort to slice the pizza correctly.
