We went through the drive-thru, and was surprised how fast the line went. We pulled up with 3 cars ahead of us, and we were driving away in 5-10 minutes.
I left a 3 start for the atmosphere not knowing what inside was like,

Recently arrived and found the store clean and smelling wonderful. Immediately greeted upon entry by the friendly, cheerful and attentive staff, a stark change from previous visits when customer service was nonexistent. Little Ceasars has slowly been going downhill for decades, apparently by design on an endless quest to surpass below mediocrity. Who knew that poor quality could never hit rock bottom? The pizza(s) were beyond inconsistent, one was OK, one was simply unappealing and the two were downright disgusting, Goldilocks wouldn't be impressed either. The lack of quality ingredients was immediately visible. The dispersement of ingredients were haphazard at best, demonstrating a lack of pride in assembly, and a lack of shame on presentation. The pizzas were handmade meaning someone willfully, intentionally and deliberately failed to even try to do their best. All pies were swimming in unappetizing grease, resulting from the poor quality of the toppings. The crust simply missed the mark on flavor, the crust only served as a containment vessel to hold the bottomless lake of grease. Little Caesars quickly went from a cheap option to feed a large group to a massive disappointment offering little more then excessive buyers remorse. Unfortunately, based on the poor quality of ingredients alone, this is not an establishment that l would ever recommend conducting business with.

Today little Caesars were only allowing payments of debit/credit card or exact payment in cash.. I bought 2 pizzas for $14.13. I gave the cashier $15.. I didn't gety change back.

The worker was unprofessional after asking for a refund she decided to go to the back and have a laugh with her coworker saying they can’t wait disrespectful never going again
All the pizzas are disks they aren't cut I thought ok 1st one but all three wow

So sad, the quality of the pizza has diminished since I was a kid. The hot and ready are dry and huge area of crust. Crazy bread was super buttery/oily but tasted ok. Wings could be baked longer, you know when you bite into a wing and the skin is still stretchy eek! Over all for the value it's no good. Better chance to order fresh.

I ordered an extra most bestest and came to pick up at the time they said would be done. Easnt done waited about 5 min and then they came and said it got burned and that i would have to wait 10 more minutes and that i would get something extra for the time. I didnt get anything extra and took like another 5 minutes

Ordered a pepperoni pizza, got there to pick it up. Could not get anyone to wait on me. Employees keept walking by and staring at me but no one would say anything or help me very uncomfortable. finally after other customers tried get their attention, waiting over 10 minutes I had to yell HELLO at the top of my lungs just to get help. After receiving my order the Pizza, was horrible. The crust was uneven and not cooked all the way through.
