Always an employee that has an attitude about something. There is never any hot n readys. Been told on different occasions there's no pizza, you're gonna have to wait, and then get totally ignored and order never gets taken. This location would be better off being closed.

Pizza good but the bread sticks were overcooked and when I called back the guy told me it's on the oven and nothing they can do so I asked his name so I could pass that on to the corporate office and he wouldn't give me a name. I asked for his manager and he put me on hold and when he came back he said he would put my name in the journal so the next time I come in I could get another order of bread sticks. He made feel like he thought I was lying. If someone were to try to get something free it wouldn't be the smallest cheapest thing on the menu. I wouldn't lie about that no matter what. He made me feel uncomfortable and I feel like he thinks I'm a liar and cheat. Not good for business.

I come here usually once a week or so, I honestly am hopeful every time that it will be different than the last but my hopeful heart is done with this location.Waited 40 minutes for an online order, they "lost" my pizza and just gave me a hot n ready when I ordered an extra most bestest. Their fix to the issue? Bread sticks hard as rocks. Two people working there and neither had the guts to actually Apologize.

Tried to get a pizza delivered and had it stolen from an uber driver they said they wouldn't remake my order even though I kindly asked if they could and uber was giving me the runaround saying my food wasn't stolen when it clearly was it was just one pizza and crazy combo with dips I saw another review here that they wouldn't even make a guy another fresh hot n ready even though his pizza was served cold? You're supposed to correct YOUR mistake as part of your job, This location has gone downhill and the people they hired especially management don't know how to serve customer service with common courtesy, hire nicer people because your crew here are all jerks if I could give this place 0 stars I would

I asked for a fresh pepperoni pizza and the manager told me that that's as freshn as it's get. I have been waiting in the lobby for almost 7 minutes. So what she was telling me is that she wasn't gonna make me another pizza and I was gonna have to get that 1 that had been sitting there.If someone asks for something fresh that is what they should get.
