Food could be more presentable instead of looking like someone took a jigsaw go ahold of it and decided to cut funky Disney even look like pizza half the times

I know it's Saturday but why is it almost a half hour wait and I only order one pepperoni and people who ordered after gets their first. Doesn't make sense

There was obviously 3 people but only one person doing Cooking and order taking
The place was unclean

I just wanted to state that this location is the worst place in all AZ to order Little Caesar's pizza and it seems to be ignored by upper Management. Really sad how a business with such reputation does nothing about managing customer service with bad reputation and only care of the revenue.

Placed an order online and it said the order was to be ready in 15 to 20 min. Waited in the parking lot for 10 min. Employees were just standing around chatting and one outside cleaning a rug. They were not busy at all and when I went to check on my order at pick up time it still had not been put in the oven. This place is a joke. Don't waste your money here.

I ordered cheesy bread and a vegetable pizza... I go to pick it up and go to eat it... It wasn't cooked it was soft and the cheesy bread had no cheese on it. I called and all they said was ok... SO AVOID THIS LITTLE CEASARS AS THEY DO NOT CARE... I will not buy pizza from this place and neither should you...

I only come here because I live next door but the pizzas are always made sloppy barely cut I stand there for at least 5 minutes every time before being helped and now today I was told 20 minutes for pizza and waited 57 I had a stopwatch going even went shopping next door. You had an employee more worried about dishes then making pizzas a manager walking in with boxes but couldn’t acknowledge the line of people irritated because of how long they were waiting. Looks like I’ll be going to another location no matter how far they are to never go to this one again
12/14/24 I ordered 3 pizzas ahead of time . I live pretty far down Ajo . When I got home the cheese pizza had 1 slice with no cheese or any thing on it like someone just place a plain piece. The black olive and mushroom was not fully cooked I bit into a literal olive pit. I was gonna go to Dominos on Ajo but , I was closer to lil caesars. Nasty Pizza, Never again I payed 30 dollars for under cooked pizza .

I really wanted to like this place because it's down the street from me but I've had three terrible orders. I order the same thing every time. A Detroit style with pepperoni and a Pepsi. All three times the pizza is either raw, half the size, or cold. They once brought what looked like an off brand lemon soda from Food City instead of my cola. At the very least get cola! I will not be spending my money at this location again.

I never write reviews, but the service was so horrible today I had to kill some time while waiting and extra 30 min for my order! Hot n Ready?! What a joke! I placed the order ahead of time so it would be ready when I got here, I get here and the cashier tells me it’s an extra 30 minutes even though the app said it would be ready, meanwhile I could hear and see the manager and some employees all the way in the back messing around while it’s just 2 team members knocking out all the orders! Worst service of my life and I’m a manager at a restaurant, this place needs to be checked out by corporate!
