I literally just witnessed the worst customer service that I have ever witnessed from an operating business so My Wife ❤️ and I go to buy a pizza there’s four people waiting. I asked someone how long they’ve been waiting. They said 40 minutes the whole 30 minutes I was there waiting for my order. I did not see one Pizza come out as people were coming in complaining. The employees with a smirk on their faces handed a pizza to this woman that was half cooked. She took pictures on it and I hope she does post it on this website. I will never return to this location again and Little Caesars you guys should be ashamed of who you guys are hiring.

This poor guy was on his own working but the pizza was so good it tasted better than ever before. Better than when it's fully staffed...forgot his name but he's closing alone I hope he gets kuddos because this is my families best pizza they've had in years and we been buying at this location for the past 12yrs

We placed an order to be picked up at 5:38pm yesterday and they were super busy to the point where our ordered got delayed till 7:40pm we understand it was busy and those people were working very back there but those times on the website should really be more accurate we went twice to pick up our order and it kept getting delayed we wasted gas and time going back and forth multiple times we really hope this gets fixed

Jose has the worst attitude. He works the register. I also went in and there was a long piece of hair in my pizza that stretched under the pizzaI took it back . They handled the situation very poorly. They get mad when you ask to check the pizza because the pizzas are usually over cooked. Will never return to this location.

Luis is a good worker who deserves recognition I've seen him run this store alone a few x in a known dangerous shopping center I hope the owners see this and get security either on their own or as a shoppong center to go along with the remodel congrats it is nice but let's keep your staff and customers safe as well... Good customer service regardless the stressers always polite and a smile and makes sure my orders correct I by pass 2 just to come where the pizzas made the right way no attitudes Thanks Again Luis

This location sucks the manager at this store doesn't know what he is doing i can do a better job manager this store and my team to make sure that the customer are happy and to make sure that they get there orders on time

I know it's Saturday but why is it almost a half hour wait and I only order one pepperoni and people who ordered after gets their first. Doesn't make sense

There was obviously 3 people but only one person doing Cooking and order taking

Hot and ready more like hot and lazy if there was a way for me to post a picture I would but they have a sign of saying it takes 2 hours to make one pizza

I just wanted to state that this location is the worst place in all AZ to order Little Caesar's pizza and it seems to be ignored by upper Management. Really sad how a business with such reputation does nothing about managing customer service with bad reputation and only care of the revenue.
