We've ordered food to-go 3 times. My husband enjoys the Lonchos Burrito and I usually get Birria - I've had the quesadilla and torta and enjoyed both! The small interactions we've had with employees have been good. If you use the online ordering you may want to call to ensure they have your order and ask approximately when it will be ready , the email confirmation didn't that information.

We ordered tacos and the tostitos ceviche. The shrimp in the ceviche was grey/raw/undercooked. The taco meat was dry and didnt have much flavor. Service was slow. Surprised this place is still in business honestly.

Pretty solid little local spot. I had their version of a caramelo, and my wife had the taco plate. Both were solid. I had a michelada, which was fine.

Tacos were excellent!! Our issue was the false advertising for margaritas. 2 for 1 special was not the case. A convoluted explanation about price and size was given. Waitress said first was 8$ this second should’ve been 0$. Nope 12$ for 2. Also our poor waitress was not trained well. Not sure I would come back.

Service was good I'll start with that. I was there at lunch and the only person inside for forty minutes there. Staff got papa johns for their lunch.... Birria quesadilla was mediocre at best. Not much flavor in the meat or dipping juice. 1/10 for birria. Sonoran dog was a bit burnt. Bread was not the usual sweet bread I'm used to for a Sonoran dog. 2/10 for dog. Got two fish tacos the special. Fried and grilled. Grilled 3/10 fried 6/10. Grilling was rubbery not. I have flavor. Fried was cook great nice batter. Toppings and sauce were decent. Overall food was a 3/10 service 9/10

First time here not bad but will not be back. Nothing memorable. Our kids enjoy it so we thought we'd try and I'll say below average. Server was not very friendly and was slow. We ordered 2 of the same Margaritas and they came out two totally different colors. With one having a bunch of red flakes in it. We asked the server and she said the flakes are in the ice because they make drinks over the ice storage "and stuff falls in". Sent them back. Ordered street tacos on flour they came out corn, and everything is served ala carte. They'd be able to generate more revenue at a higher margin if they offered a meal version that had beans and rice as a side plate. When we left I felt like the Taco Bell a block away would've been a better choice.

Messy Cajun is so dang good! Worth every penny!!! My new spot for sure! The reviews I saw on this place weren’t that great but I was highly recommended to try it from a coworker and I was definitely happy I did. The $28 shrimp was plenty for myself and a starving athlete after baseball practice to share! I haven’t tried the tacos or anything else out but We are excited to go back to try the rest out. It does have the sports bar feel, which was perfect for us. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We loved everything about it!
I wanted to like this place. I ordered online. That was my first mistake. They didn't realize they had an online order so we had to wait. The quesadilla and tostadas I ordered were tiny. They didn't look tiny on the website. After waiting about 15 minutes for our food. I peeked at what they gave me and mentioned how small the tostada was. Then the waitress behind the counter started laughing at me. I can forgive not seeing an online order, I can forgive misrepresentation of food on the website. But the laughing ruined my day. I won't be doing back. 2 stars because the burritos were decent.

*WARNING about ALMA Bartender/Server/Manager? Do not use debit card here to pay. they will add their own tip that they feel they deserve. I paid with my card and tipped CASH then I see on my bank statement that its 10$ more then what it was supposed to be. I talked to the owner who was very nice and helpful to let him know and he said this isn't the first time this has happened! & unfortunately he "cant" fire her because he cant find good workers. She is definitely not a good worker for one. she is stealing from customers and making her own prices on beers! Definitely don't recommend this place and if you do decide to dine in, please use cash! or double check your bank statement.

This is NOT a complaint or issue with waitress,, she was great.. it is with management and them charging for food that they did not deliver and refusal to take ownership.Experience upset:We ordered for a party of 6, which included 2 separate seafood bags for 2 separate people. The first seafood order was 1/2 lb of shrimp and 1/2 lb of muscles. The second order was just 1 lb of muscles. Food came out randomly and not all together. We originally tried to wait for the rest if the order, but quickly realized the food already served was getting cold, so people started to dig in. Waitress brought out a paper mat for the 2 people eating seafood, and cleaned up the area. She then gave them both gloves and a bucket for the shells.Waitress brought out TWO paper mats for the TWO people that ordered seafood bags.She brought out ONE ziplock bag and ONE metal bowl in which she served the entire contents of the ONE seafood with shrimp and muscles. She shook up the bag, and poured all of the contents into one metal bowl in front of ONE of the people that had ordered. It went to the first order, since they ordered shrimp and muscles. This person started to dig in, since at this point, it was one of the last meals to get delivered.The waitress went away and came back a short time after. Another person in the party specifically asked the waitress if the second order of muscles was coming out. The waitress said "yes, they are working on it now. It will be out shortly." The food never came. The waitresses started to clean up for closing (putting chairs on tables). We asked about the second order of muscles and the waitress said she'd go back and check on it.When the waitress came back, she said there was a mix up with the kitchen and they cook said she put all 1.5 lbs of muscles in the same bag as the 0.5 lb of shrimp. At this point, the person that the waitress served the seafood to 15 minutes earlier had already eaten all of the muscles.Person #2 went without food. Manager would not take any responsibility for the mix up nor adjust the bill for the food not received. Instead they made us wait further for them to make the mussels they forgot and we had to take them to go.Definitely would not recommend them under this manager. Disorganized and cannot take ownershipOf their error.

Fun atmosphere, but pretty loud. Food is good. I really enjoyed the birria torta, meat was tender and juicy. The fries are just ok. The Al Pastor taco was a bit dry. Service is good, we had a large party and everything was handled well.
