This was my first time going to a LongHorn Steakhouse. I took my wife and my Niece (Birthday) to this location in Tucson AZ and let me tell ya the F, S, A was pretty doggone good. The food was on point and, a must-try, is their dragon fruit patrol, margarita. Three thumbs👍🏾 👍🏼👍🏾

LongHorn Steakhouse: A Disappointing Visit My recent trip to LongHorn Steakhouse was far from ideal. The restaurant was excessively loud with screaming kids, making it hard to relax. To make matters worse, I found a hair in my spinach dip, which was incredibly unappetizing. Between the noisy environment and the unhygienic food, it was a truly disappointing experience. I won't be returning anytime soon.

Waitress disappeared after taking our orders. Steaks ordered medium well, both came out well done. No drink refills, no one checked in on our meal. Had to flag a different waiter down just to get take home boxes. Never got drink refills. Saw put waitress for the second time as we packed our un-eaten meals away before leaving.

I had the pleasure of dining here with my partner, and we had an exceptional server, Abigail. Despite the chaos of the day after Valentine's Day, Abigail's poise, kindness, and attention to detail shone through.. As we watched, Abigail effortlessly juggled multiple tables, ensuring every guest felt seen and cared for. Her genuine warmth, prompt care, and infectious smile made everyone's day a little brighter. What struck us most was Abigail's ability to maintain her high standards despite the demanding pace. She never let our glasses run dry or made us feel forgotten. Her dedication to excellence is a rare find in today's service industry. Servers like Abigail are hard to come by these days. May her efficiency, kindness, prompt care and overall service be appreciated for the true value she holds! Give that girl a raise, a bottle of wine and a day to treat herself as beautifully as she treats the guests who dine here!

I ordered a caesar salad with salmon and I had to send the salmon back three times to get it done. I had to leave because I had to go back to work and I had to take the salmon and a carton back to work. I was not happy and no one offered to make amends or take care of the bill.

Not sure every Longhorn Steakhouse reaches this locations QUALITY and attention to detail if so Great culture if not ,corporate needs to come study.
