I love LongHorn. They’re the perfect middle ground between the slightly more chaotic and loud atmosphere of Texas Roadhouse, and something more pricy like Firebird or Flemmings. Classy atmosphere for a date night, not loud, respectful, conscientious service. And great food, always down right.

Horrible Experience — Completely Unacceptable
My family and I went to LongHorn Steakhouse on Saturday, November 8th, and it was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. We waited over two hours to be seated.
During the first hour, we found out that a server gave away our table to another family because they didn’t like where they were seated. The hosts and managers said they were “trying” to figure it out, but no one communicated with us the entire time. We were left completely in the dark about what was happening.
Eventually, my father had to speak with the Manager on Duty (I believe his name was Jules or Joel), who admitted there had been an error. After waiting an additional hour, we were told that another party was leaving and that our table was being cleaned — but that took another 20–30 minutes. I had no idea it could take that long to clean one table.
To make matters worse, my family and I felt profiled and ignored. When we decided to just order food to-go, all of the servers disappeared and no one came to help us. The lack of communication and respect was shocking.
We were a party of eight, patient and polite the entire time — never loud or disruptive — yet we were treated as if we didn’t matter. This restaurant completely ruined what should have been a joyful celebration for two birthdays. After waiting more than two hours, we finally gave up and left.

Two and a half hour wait! Not acceptable! After they gave our table away to a party that was already seated before us for at least 10 mins. Manager Joel or Jules Confirmed the mistake on their part. Talked to management while waiting and at the 2 hr mark told us that a table ready it was just being cleaned. 20 mins after that assurance, the table was still being cleaned-I had no idea it took 20 mins to clean off a table. Birthday dinner was ruined. The staff just disappeared after we told the manager we liked to place orders in while we waited to be seated. Was told by Joel that he would give us the friends and family discount, he was sorry, etc. my family and I felt like we were being profiled toward the end and they were just waiting us out/avoiding taking our order so that we could just leave so that they didn’t have to deal with us. I want to reiterate that we were not loud, disrespectful or showed any untoward behavior while we patiently waited. We just got fed up and left. It was too much disrespect.

It’s been awhile since we tried this location, we were not disappointed! Everything was fantastic, the Flo’s filet with Parmesan crus, grilled shrimps, Caesar salad and Mac n cheese is my go to. Unbelievably great .
Good service and great food. Have Coke Zero as well.

I have lunch here 1-2 times a week and sit at the bar. Stephanie tge bartender is very friendly and funny and provides excellent service every time for the last few years. I highly recommend sitting at tge bar here.

We went for the first time and our server Eric did an amazing job. Our food was perfect. We will be going back. The manager even came and spoke with us after our meals.
One negative. An employee was sweeping the floors and then sweeping the seats with same broom. It just kind of weird and maybe find a different way to clean booths.
