First of all, I got there right at 11, the staff was not friendly at all. The waitress was so rude to me, I stayed and ordered my food. I wasn't being mean at all to her. I definitely want go back to that location. It is no need for that staff to be so unfriendly, especially right when they just open. The food was good and hot

No point in asking what temperature you want your steak at~ ny whole family party of 8, all our steaks were well done & dry.. To be honest at $32 I’d rather cook my own at home or go to in N out for a burger. WHAT KIND OF STEAK HOUSE IS THIS when the cooks just dry the hell out of the cut of meat. I understand prices have gone up, but keep your standard if you’re going to sell it.

The bartender was my server at a booth. I went by myself and from the beginning she seemed overwhelmed with all her tables and the bar. To get a drink, refill, box and tab everything took very long. I feel like ahe shouldve had more help. This was my first time there and the food was great but waiting for all those simple things sucked. She was very nice overall

Dogs, Dirty Dishes & Drunk Vibes
The greeter was kind, but it got chaotic quick. We had to stand off to the side while 10+ people squeezed past in a narrow walkway — only to be seated in the opposite direction.
Our waiter greeted us while holding dirty dishes… and then sat them down at our table to ask if we were thirsty. The table was sticky. The vibe? Off. Then came the showstopper: TWO dogs just casually hanging out inside the restaurant by the bar, complete with a water bowl — just vibing. 🐾
What looked like the owner was also at the bar, drinking and chatting it up like it was his own house party. We asked to be moved to a different table, and thankfully staff accommodated.
As for food: My wife had the cowboy pork chops, mac and cheese, and Brussels sprouts. Pork was dry, she barely touched it. Said her mac got cold quickly. Brussels sprouts were okay — 3/5. I had the ribeye steak (medium well), which was good but not worth $27.

If you ever order curbside pick up make sure you check your food. I ordered two meals almost $80 worth of food and this was my outlaw ribeye steak, Burnt and cooked all the way through when I ordered it to be made medium well. I called said they could not make a new steak so safe to say no dinner for me tonight 🙃 and the refund won’t come back for a week. The manager handled the situation but still frustrating when you spend a decent amount of money on a meal for dinner and this was allowed to be sent out😅

Came for my birthday celebration and though food and service was good it wasn't exceptional like for 5 stars. Don't take me wrong, it wasn't bad and the food tasted great but something about the service and the general atmosphere wasn't like out of this world. It's my second time eating at this particular location. Will I go back? Maybe. But won't be my top of the list as it can be a little pricey.
