Overall this was pretty disappointing. Longhorn doesn't have a lot of variation in their menu but it used to be that you could count on the outlaw ribeye being delicious and impressive but not this time. It was a $50 dollar steak that was okay. It wasn't cooked great, it wasn't super tender, it wasn't worth what we paid for the 3 that my table ordered. The restaurant is filthy. There's dust stuck to all the decorations. There was blood and sauces splattered on the lamp, that did not have a light bulb in it, at my table. When I commented on the fact that that was kind of gross, I was told "sometimes the meat splatters." Just ugh.

I liked this necklace the most during my visit to Arizona. The steaks are an experience, the ambience is honest and the service is very friendly and attentive. Definitely visit as a holidaymaker from Europe.

Twice now, horrible service and orders were incorrect. A month ago we had family in town and took them to Longhorn. No bread was offered, we had to ask and one of family members steak camel, it charbroiled burnt. When we told our server, they said they would fix the problem. The second steak came out the same way, overcooked. When I spoke to the manager, all I got was I'm so sorry with no redemption or taking the meal off the bill tonight we went with friends and because restaurant was 3/4 full we sat at the bar. We ordered beer and it took our bartender nearly 20 minutes to serve us. When I asked how long the mail would be, he looked at me with a blank stare and said "it's gonna be a long time". When I could complain to the manager tonight, I got the same response, I'm so sorry, so we left. very disappointing, we would not recommend.

We frequent this place and usually it has good service. Yesterday was the exception. The service was lousy. The server was not prepared and took a long time just attempting to take our order. Then she got our order wrong. Every time we asked for anything it would take her a long time to return. She never came around for refills I had to catch her as she was passing by. Although when it was time for the check and of course the tip she was very nice. Good thing my wife is saint cause she added to my tip. I won't mention her name so she doesn't get in trouble but next time I will definitely ask for a better server.

Ribeye 12 Oz, salmon 7 Oz, shrimp lobster chowder, mashed potatoes... excellent! Asked for extra crispy salmon, delicious. I eat salmon almost anywhere I find on the menu, this salmon was superb! Zy ( nickname) was wonderful, kind, polite, professional, and she should be one of your key people. She's got excellent personal skills! We will be back next time we are in town. I definitely recommend this place!
