Lookout Bar & Grille is one of my favorite places. I've had the Tequila Pasta many times. Usually, I enjoy it very much. Unfortunately, is was extra spicy which detracted from its wonderful flavors. My guests also thought their linguini was a bit too spicy, though they finished their plates completely. The service started out well but we had to wait quite awhile for our checks. The ambience was perfect, as always.
My wife and I attended the High Tea in the Catalina Room at noon January 18th. The table and coverings were nicely arranged and colorful, The service was excellent and the food was plentiful and very good. An open bar was available. Cost was $40.00 per person plus tip. Very nicely done; we will return Highly recommended.
The experience was great since we just went to their New year's celebration. Everyone was friendly, professional, and had a great time entering the New Year 2026. We will be back to give feedback on everything else that you have to offer to your guests on this upcoming year. We just don't know when. Thank you for a great time. Happy New Year! The Morris's 🥰
We ordered the ribeye steaks and were delivered prime rib instead. That was not what we wanted and we did not have time to wait for a change.
Wonderful dinner experience! Staff and service were amazing. The best dinner I have had in a while. Will definitely visit again.
New Year's Eve Chef's Dinner and dance/concert was wonderful. Lots of attention to detail, great food and music. Will definitely do it again.
We enjoyed the afternoon tea very much! A great value, room was beautifully decorated, food and service were fabulous.
This was for the high tea event. It was just not the experience I was looking for I've been to high teas before, and there was more upscale and a value.
I booked the Winter Wonderlamd Tea experience. This was not tea service, it was a buffet. There were not finger sandwiches, just some spreads served on stale bread. The desserts were low quality too. The tea offered was six packets of tea (three different types). There was zero table service and we had to find a worker and request sugar and cream. The food was inedible. I was greatly disappointed in this tea service and would never consider any future events held at Westward Look resort.
Westward team was wonderful. Look forward to booking this next year and now learning more about what they are doing for Sunday High Tea we are excited to sign up for that too.

High tea was a lovely experience. The food was good, dainty portions as it should be for tea but the staff kept the buffet table well stocked. Very well organized. The only downside was there was only one bartender for the entire room so plan on a 10 minute wait for drinks. The rest of the waitstaff were plentiful and were excellent and attentive.
We made almost last minute reservations at Westward Look and they were able to accommodate nine of us! The food was excellent and the selections were many. I would highly recommend Westward Look; my only regret was that the gentleman playing the music packed up and was gone before we could tip him. He was very, very good.
Complementary Mimosa bar was put on menu online by mistake. They did not have a Complementary Mimosa bar. This is the last time I will ever go to Westard Look, family has been going there for 35 years. No linger worth the value
Our anniversary dinner was perfect. We chose the three course Chef's dinner and truly enjoyed the flavors, textures and the beautiful presentation. We had the cream of asparagus soup, chicken cordon blue, and the cheesecake, Every course was served in a timely but efficient manner, and our server Katie was fantastic.
There were four of us and we each had something different. John said his patty melt was excellent. Mike said his club sandwich was very good. Chris said her French dip sandwich was I had the best bean burger I've had in a long time. It had very nice flavor, although I did add horseradish to it.
