Nice place. Ordered the wedge salad with pork belly. It was petrified! Could not chew at all. No problem pushed it off to the side at my salad. Told our server when we were leaving check the pork belly don't serve it to anyone or you're going to get alot of complaints. THE MANAGER CAME AFTER ME LIKE A PITBULL!!! UNEXCEPTABLE!!!!

Do not come here to eat. They are overpriced and the food isn’t good. We ordered tacos and nachos. We waited too long for the food and when it finally came out, it was cold. I tried to eat the nachos, dug inside the pile to see if the food on the bottom was hot and it wasn’t. I ate maybe 4 bites before I just couldn’t eat it anymore. I told the waitress that both dishes were cold and I couldn’t eat the nachos (they were obviously uneaten) and we still got charged for it. Almost $25 for crappy cold inedible nachos. Going to go out to a restaurant away from this hotel for breakfast.

My husband and I were happy to get a same day reservation. We were seated at a lovely and comfortable booth in the dining room. Within seconds we realized that the live music sound level was way too loud for us, so we asked to be seated elsewhere and were cheerfully re-seated at a table out on the covered patio. It was a beautiful evening and the view of the city of Tucson in the distance was excellent. Food and drink was delicious! My husband had the special which was prime rib. It was a healthy portion and came prepared how he had requested. Along with the prime rib was a salad and a loaded baked potato, he enjoyed both. I had the ‘Summer Salad' which was super fresh with a delicious Rasberry vinaigrette. It was filling and so tasty! We also enjoyed a red sangria and a margarita from the bar. Both were very good, not the dreaded sugar bomb you often get elsewhere. I should mention that the cost was fair. We enjoyed this meal and look forward to going back.

It was adequate. I wouldn't say that anything was exceptional. The food was good, the service was good but not what I would expect from Westward Look. The window seating was extremely hot and the sun was just beating in our party, then you had to keep moving because the sun was in your eyes.

A favorite of ours. We go for Happy Hour drinks followed by dinner. The staff is great and food is good. Live music on some nights is a plus. The view from the Palm Room lends to the ambiance. Lovely place.

We were there to celebrate our anniversary. It had been a long, long, time since we had dined @ the Westward Look. Since it was a Saturday night the restaurant was very busy, but the noise level was not too loud. Our waitress Rhonda was very busy (she must be a seasoned server), but the pacing our our meal was perfect. We enjoyed our salmon dinner enormously. The tables are somewhat "close" together, but I struck up a conversation with the party aside us. They had an interesting story to tell.

We went to listen to jazz. They need to have better shade system for the band and patrons. The waitress and manager took our bad drink and was supposed to bring back a new one never did and was supposed to give my friend water again never happened. I asked for a second Chardonnay and the waitress brought back a Pinot noir and then tried to blame my husband that it was his and tried to give it to my friend who had received a bad Long Island ice tea. And she refused. Also took forever to receive our check.

The brunch experience this year, 2024, was very good although the food choices were't as good as Mother's Day 2023. Then we had numerous salad choices plus many desserts to choose from. We also had a filet mignon option for our main course. This year the service was excellent with very affable servers who took good care of our needs & requests.
