Tia is a great bartender and provides excellent customer service. She makes the best prickly pear marg. The short rib sliders are delicious- buns toasted and pork flavorful with pickled onions. Wings were crispy and the buffalo sauce was standard with a kick. Dinner service is good. Can't speak for lunch.

Definitely not my favorite restaurant. There are better places to eat nearby. Showed the server the plate and asked about its soggy look. "That's 8oz. Would you like to order more?" Nope.

Empty at happy hour. Empty at dinner. Empty tables. One bartender runs around to do everything. I cannot imagine they have any kitchen staff. Kitchen staff... Hahaha... Who am I kidding there might be one guy in front the microwave. Yeah it's probably this one bartender. The hotel was busy. A full unit of the 101 Airborne Division checked in. They had 87 members of the border patrol. They had 97 Marines staying overnight. Various civilians like me staying at the hotel. The parking lot was 95% full in the morning. Yet nobody was at their happy hour or little restaurant. My beverage cost $7 plus tax and tip rung up to $9 for a glass I walked back to the room. Better options are nearby. Sad. The hotel has to promote and engage with this little vendor. Otherwise there's no chance any cafe/ restaurant could survive.

Pffff. Joke. The bartender was high, food was trash and desk staff was nasty and rude. This is a hotel and they are more like a fast food place with a bed.

Dominique is THE reason to come to this restaurant. She is kind and sweet to everyone that comes in. She remembers the patrons and has conversation with the kids. She isn't above searching the restaurant for lost or misplaced items. Even though we only come to Tucson a few times a year she knows exactly who we are and asks for alley right away. Their greeting is always warm and friendly. Yes, the breakfast is free but with out Dominique we would chose a different place to stay. Keep her on staff, she is your star and promote her for excellent service.
