We used to frequent this location but over the last month or two the service has been pretty poor. We paid for combos and didn’t get beans and rice for any of the combos. We tried calling and they never picked up, it just rang and disconnected.
Kind of bummed.

I keep forgetting my OWN review of this location. As of 8/24 still TERRIBLE!! Updating my review. As of 7/15/23 this place has gone down hill very fast. The quality of the food is terrible now. They changed their meat or something but their Carne asada is VERY VERY VERRRRRY GREASY. THE tortilla even falls apart and the employees dont relly care. Only way I come back is IF they change their ways and knock on my front door with a personal invite. Since they dont have my address, take a guess as to whats going to happen, SAD !!!! End of update.
Very good bfast burritos!!!! Tortillas are fully cooked and I love that they have soft boiled potatoes in the burritos. Served hot, which is another perk, so when we got home our food was still "hot".

The cashier is very friendly, thanks for the good attitude!

I ordered a quesabirria to try the food because I live nearby and had not eaten there before, they gave me the order and I parked to eat, there were not even 60 seconds between the delivery of the food and when I opened the plate.

The meat was cold, easy to assume that they put the tortilla with cheese to melt and added meat from the refrigerator. They didn't give me lemon, all Mexicans will agree with me that a taco without lemon is not a taco. I understand that lemon is expensive and if you had told me that it is an extra cost, then that is my choice but what a frustrating surprise, I repeat, a taco without lemon. The sauce was 5/10 and they gave me two small glasses, more than enough.

The flavor of the birria was 7/10, maybe it was better but the fact that it was cold didn't allow me to taste more.

First visit. Last visit. I ordered a carne asada burrito with pico. $10.86. Two red sauce included. Typical price these days. Service was quick and friendly via the drive through. The burrito, I did not finish it. Meat quality was just not acceptable to me. I did not care for the texture or flavor of the meat. One of the drier carne asada burritos I have had. Red sauce tasted borderline grassy to me which is a red sauce style I do not enjoy. It had a stale/old taste to me. There are better carne asada burrito options in Tucson than Los Bertos. Based on the other reviews, just avoid this place all together.

My fave los betos. Which isn’t saying much, but it’s far superior to the other joints.

Hit or miss. Not consistently great, but not everyone can make a good bean and cheese burrito. Their fries are very good.

Best bean and cheese burrito in town. I know it's simple but many places don't have good beans. These are velvety. Good cheese to bean ratio too. 😀

Parking: This is a location issue, not a parking issue but be prepared there is only one entrance into the parking lot. It's from speedway and West of Camino Seco. It's a corner lot. You'll think there is an entrance off of Camino Seco but there is not.

Terrible customer service, big girl talking on her personal phone while we wait forever to get service and nobody was waiting. To top it off she had the lobby closed. Might as well go home and close the store.
