Went in today, 09/06/2025. Ordered a Chorizo, egg, potato & cheese burrito. Asked for NO potato. The receipt showed No Papa. Got home.....LOADED with potatoes!!!! Called in & spoke with the nice lady who took my order. She stated in order to replace the burrito, I needed to bring in the messed up on. Makes sense. Went back within minutes. She looked at the food. Had them remake it Without potatoes. Got home & it's like I offended the cook by complaining. There was SO much salt. I've ordered this same burrito the same way more times than I can count. This one had way more salt than normal. Inedible!!! I will Not be back. The competition may be a little more expensive, but at least I don't have to put up with the food I paid hard earned money for being inedible!!!!

Extremely disappointed with the food. The tortilla was stale and the guacamole had the consistency and look of baby poop. It was clearly watered down. The refried beans had no consistency. The dining room has no air conditioning. I won’t be back.

Ordered a California Burrito and the French fries were very undercooked.

Bacon was undercooked and some peices were completely raw in the egg,bacon and cheese burrito. Called the store and was told that it's normal for some bacon to be slightly undercooked and I would be ok eating raw/ undercooked bacon.

Ordered from Grubhub only to recieve my order and missing a torta. Horrible service never ordering from here again it was my first time just to not get my full order such dissapointment

I would put a 0 at this place but since I can't, I have to put a 1 star, first of I spent $62 at this place and I asked the cashier for no onions and they gave me onions and then she had the audacity to say I never mentioned no onions. The cashier Claudia didn't want to remake my food, and she gave me a really bad attitude, and I could hear the cook in the back talking bad about me, at this point I wanted my money back for my plate since they were making it a big deal to remake, and I ask can I just get my money back and she said they give no refunds, like really what restaurant doesn't give no refunds especially if you didn't touch your food. She just remade my food and let me tell you, you can't even see the cook so I was debating if I should eat my food, and overall the food has no seasoning tastes bland, no flavor, and I was at lunch break, I will never go here again. This restaurant doesn't care about their customers.

Food is great but don't expect happy customer service. They say okay and get to work. No thank you or have a good day. I'm okay with that but it's standard to have at least some kind of customer service lmao. I'm still gonna order here though.

My dog can make a better burrito then I got 10$ for a burrito the size of a McDonald burrito

Got a breakfast burrito eggs and potatoes. It cost $10 and change. It is the smallest burrito I have had in a while. I come here on occasion and am never satisfied. With the skimpy burrito and or greasy carne asada.
