One of my employees recommended breakfast burritos here and it didnβt disappoint. Also the person at the counter was very friendly. My employees also like the soups from here and bring them in often. Iβve tried them and theyβre delicious.
I notice the HUGE change after DoΓ±a Frances left- after more than 20 years going there I will opt to be a customer where prices are more reasonable (30 for 3 burritos & one was missing one ingredient). I can understand price hikes but when one calls to complain & excuses is what you are greeted withβ¦ itβs time to go to a place that will get the order correct & get better customer service.

I had the red chili burrito one day , green chili burrito and also ordered a dozen red chil beef tamales. Everything was authentic and delicious. I highly recommend it. Another thing was I did not have to wait very long for the order at all.
Red chili chimi is my go to at a Mexican restaurant... This one was $12.50!!!!! π± Like what . The combo plate was $15 and some change the chimi did look better in that plate in size. This was my first time trying this place. The chimi was soggier then a wet burrito. It was maybe the use of the wrong tortilla, the oil was not hot enough, the tortilla to meat ratio? Idk it was not worth the drive honestly especially in this heat ! The red chili was very flavorful except it was shredded like tamale meat and usually in a chili it's cubed beef . If you're looking for a good red chili chimi here are my too favorite places. 1.) St Mary's price and flavor unmatched, 2.) Guillermos double L restaurant 3.) Little Mexico .

The food is so delicious and don't mind taking the 30 minute drive just to get my Los Jarritos fix.

Just happened to drive by this little restaurant and I am so glad we stopped to have lunch here! Staff were so friendly and the food was quick and very good. There is not much for seating (just a couple tables outside) but very easy to grab as take out to eat elsewhere.
