This location has higher prices than the los betos on Valencia or the one on Palo Verde. We ordered 2 bacon breakfast burritos and the bacon was over cooked but the eggs were under cooked. It took almost 15 minutes for our food to come out even though that was all that we ordered. I do like that their menu had a lot more to offer than other Los Betos we have been to.

Love it. The woman that helped me on the night of Friday 1/31 was So kind and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. And I really appreciate that. And the food is delicious. Because of this I will definitely be a return customer 👍👏

They charge you $3 to place your order online and there's no way to call in and place an order for Pickup.

I went through the drive-thru today I clearly told her that I want five roll tacos with cheese and guacamole when I got all the way home I'm handicapped mind you I realized that she gave me the wrong order she made chips with cheese and guacamole so I called this location and I told her that she made the wrong order she never told me to bring the food back which you know I'm handicapped so it's a hassle for me to try to hold the food get back in the car and go all the way over there but I went drove all the way back over there when I got there both of the ladies proceeded to argue with me because they made a mistake they're the ones that made the wrong order when I clearly told them that I wanted five tacos with cheese and guacamole and then they proceeded to both gang up on me and yell at me saying that they needed the food back and I told them that health code policies number one they're not supposed to ask the customer for the food back especially if it's their mistake and number two she never told me on the phone they both proceeded to yell at me and argue with me and then they try to say for me not to go back to that location because they made a mistake and they were in the wrong which I know neither one of them are management and I would advise management to talk to their employees and get them under control especially when they made a mistake it doesn't say no we're on the drive-thru window if they mess up your order that you need to bring the food back and you're not supposed to ask for the food back in fast food. Because of you know it's a health code hazard because the food already went out of the business I didn't eat the food that they wanted back I just didn't bring it back with me because I threw it in the trash because it was the wrong order she didn't even give me a receipt and it doesn't say no we're on their window or their receipt that you need to return the food back.

This place is AWFUL. My husband went through the drive thru and after about a 25 minute drive thru experience that started our 0 star experience. Our entire $50 order (which they’re not worth) was wrong other than our kids meal. We got two carne asada burritos and a kids meal and oh wait chips and salsa and it’s pathetic what they served as chips and salsa. Please look and consider these awful reviews they constantly get before wasting your money. When I called the restaurant the lady acted like she didn’t hear me and hung up after I let her know everything wrong. They have a sign that says no refunds which makes sense because if they had to refund all these people back their money they would be out of business. Go to Nico’s instead!!!

Parked without issue. The parking lot was dirty with noticeable trash in it. The establishment appears tired and worn.
Wasn't acknowledged upon entry. The girl at the register seemed friendly but it was noticeably forced and disingenuous at best.
Ordered my food and it arrived quickly. It smelled heavenly. Unfortunately that proved highly deceptive. My taco meat was tough, fatty and of low quality containing what l considered was an excessive amount of inedible beef like gristle product.
Overall l found my food subpar and certainly not worth what l was charged.
My entire experience was disappointing at best. I paid in cash and since there was zero issue with my payment, I'm still left wondering why there were any problems with the food. I felt deliberately institutionally cheated.
Clearly Los Beto's is not an establishment that I'd ever recommend revisiting.

Smells like a toilet inside. And they’re cheap on the meat. And they wouldn’t offer a refund when I said I can’t eat this. $5.21 for a taco that wasn’t even half full.
