Unimpressive, under preforming and extremely overpriced considering what your charged Vs. what you receive, leaving vast room for improvement. Staff generally seems disingenuous and unconcerned resulting in a highly noticable guest relations failure. Food was served hot and fresh and bland, lacking in flavor intensity. Lag time from ordering to presentation was impressively fast. Floors were sticky and trash cans were in obvious need of attention. A serious lack of pride was on full display during my visit. I don't know if I'll ever be hungry enough to return.

I visited this morning Los Betos. The wife and I had a taste for something Carne, I ordered a Carne Asada Burrito, and Carne Asada Fries. I didn't bother checking before leaving, it was going to be dinner...opened it up and guess what, it was a Pollo Asada Burrito, and Pollo Asada Fries. Very Very disappointed! I tried calling several times, to no avail. False advertisement! It was not cheap!!!

Disgusting, no matter what you order as far as beef, it has tomatoes,bell pepper and onion in the meat, who the hell puts that in an enchilada. The chicken tacos had no flavor, bland, yuck. Why use the same beef mix for every beef order???? I spent twenty bucks on nasty food. I will never go there again. I was so disappointed cause I haven't had Mexican food in so long except for my own home cooked. Just sad. Yuck!!!!!

i was drinking an horchata and realized i had almost swallowed a bug so i spit it out and went back for a refund not knowing how much it was because they don’t give receipts. They “refunded” me $1.10 which was not the correct price #scammers. no apology was said.. save your money and go somewhere else trust
