I got a carne burrito. Way too many vegetables. The meat wasn’t what I expected. Wet pulled carne in sauce. With way too many tomatoes, onions, and bell peppers. When I asked what was in the burrito he didn’t say vegetables. The microphone to talk through and order was way too low I could barely here the order taker.

I did not get what I ordered at all. I requested a I requested an egg and cheese burrito and I got an egg with potato burrito that was very dry without any cheese. It was really disgusting. When I called them to let them know that I did not receive my order, their phone was busy. I called off and on for several hours, and it stayed busy. I will not be going back.

Good food ? I gave a four star for there service cuz the girl that works there never gives you salsa with ur food and when you get home you can't help it but to say the F...... BOMB.....lol would recommend carne asada fries . I work around the corner from this place. As of today i will NEVER go back. My last three trips have been horrid. Horrid expensive food. Today i ordered the green chili plate, beans, rice, green chilli ? Please, they gave me some HORRID old stail carnitas. Not green chili. For $15.00 i expect and demand i get what i pay for. That's three straight times they robbed me. Never again. Don't come here.

I had not been to this location in years but thought I’d give it another try since I was on that side of town. Got home was eating my breakfast burrito and almost ate a big (looks like fly) in mix with the eggs I don’t know if I ate another before hand but I don’t know why I look at my burrito and seen it there completely ruined my appetite…. Not to mention when I called the employee seemed very chill didn’t apologize anything at all she right away offered to give me my money back (I was going to ask for it anyway) but no sympathy at all. At least an “Oh no sorry that happened” but NOPE!

I've only lived in Tucson since 2014, but this is one establishment that I've learned a person can count on! They serve up a compelling value proposition that's enormous on flavor! I've tried most everything on their menu over the years but their shrimp and steak dinner is as good as it gets for the price in this area. I'll usually order takeout so I apologize for giving only 4 s*t*a*r*s for their atmosphere - I'm sure that it's great too*!*Correction - I've now been inside and they're wonderful and it's charming. Let's give you 5 s*t*a*r*s for that as well! :-)Parking: Lots of parking!
The food at this particular Los Betos is better than any other Los Betos in town that I can think of. I haven't had a bad food experience yet. They are generous with portion, quality ingredients and well prepared. The employees are functionally friendly and efficient. The property and facility aren't the prettiest but I'm hitting the drive thru when I go here, so not as relevant to me.
