Lets start by making things clear. I assist people with emotional support animals daily. This was the worst thing I've ever seen in a place that serves customers. A patron was sitting at the bar rubbing the anus of the dog which caught my attention. The dog owner then proceeds to allow the dog to stand on the bar and drink out of rhe same glasses that the WE as customers use daily. Digesting... disgusting.. disgusting... physically disgusted I called the bar tender over and she went to whisper something to the patron and walked away. He then began to allow the dog to drink out of the cup again. I went to the bar tender and told her how disgusted I was seeing animals drink and lick on glasses we use. I was kicked out and told never to come back.

A group of us went to Louies after another bar on Saturday around 4 and the bar tender was very nice and accommodating to our group!

Came in for a drink and met a wonderful bartender, Itzy. She left a lasting impression on me, genuinely attentive and kind. She created a space where I could unwind and share my thoughts without judgment, surrounded by good music and great people just enjoying themselves after a long day.

Very bad service and I really wanted to like this place because it is close lol they just don't take pride in customer service and without the customers you are nothing 💯 I might come back to see if maybe people just having a bad day but we'll see

Over serving customers getting them completely hammered. People coming off the street that are obviously already drunk serving them with no questions asked.

Love this place . Had an absolute amazing time . The bartender Kayla was the absolute definition of what a bartender is . Always has a drinking always had a smile . Thank you to the entire team at Louie's Cantina . 🇲🇽🇲🇽🇲🇽🇲🇽🇲🇽

“Bartenders” don’t exist in Tucson anymore for the most part … this place is an example. Just god awful

So it's Monday at 11:30 and bar is closed?? 2 other people outside confused as well.

The bar it self is really nice good atmosphere. BUT the service was horrible!!!!
The bartenders did not pay attention to their bar at all both at one end of the bar talking to guys took 10min just to get drink while they where chatting with male patrons .
Two bartenders not busy took 10 minutes to get a drink make it makes sense ? And to top it off, the bartender had the worst attitude like I was bothering her when she should be doing her job. Whoever the owner of This establishment should have a talk with their staff. This is not The first time I had horrible service there it’s an ongoing thing. Reading other reviews I see other people have said the same thing about the service horrible !! Too bad I won’t be back unfortunately I will go somewhere spend my money where bartenders are not rude .
