This was the last place that my fiancé and I stopped on our two-day trip to Tucson, and they did not disappoint. Where we live is more rural, so there aren’t nearly as many vegan or even vegetarian offerings. A lot of stuff you can make vegan, but they don’t have protein substitutes that aren’t god-awful. The Wildcat burger is a classic! I know many non vegans who enjoy it. I also love the fried mushrooms. It’s the perfect balance of everything. I’m also excited that they recently added the gyro to the menu permanently! The only bad thing is it took so long!

I have a legume allergy and the staff here was great at helping me find something that worked with my diet! The food was all fresh and cooked well. Finally a spot where I could get some tasty vegetables while on the road.
