What's the point of running a restaurant if you aren't going to open the doors during hours of operation? It is like saying that my time doesn't matter. Massive middle finger to drive all the way over to the store to find a locked door during business hours. Been going to LW for 20 years and won't be going back. I don't pay that kind of money for absent customer service.
The chicken is crispy and the coleslaw is cold and crunchy. The frys are fresh.
So good 👍.

They're way too pricey for just deep-fried foods, it's very easy to spend $60-$80, that's ridiculous their garlic bread and their fries are always soggy, big turn off. Their chicken, fish, and steak fingers are OK, but not THAT ok, so we don't go but extremely rarely.
Food prices have gone up.
Had some issues with our card but they worked and got it resolved. Food was great and employees were nice.
Great experience
