Eh. If you're looking for real Hawaiian plate lunches, go to Solid Grindz. Mamas really doesn't compare. The Mac salad is bland, the spam musubi was dry, the loco coco was flavorless, it's not real island food.

It was part of a food court at Open Air Mall. Staff was friendly they made adjustments to the menu to meet our dietary needs from frying to baking are macadamia tilapia. The blueberry cheesecake was the biggest hunk of Cheesecake I've ever seen. I do miss the little sit-down restaurant that was on Thornydale though

The one on 1st Ave I believe is great. Good portions, food was cooked right. This one, my ribs were burnt black, and the portion was smaller...never again.

Service was great but when we got our food/order it was cold. The three meats, rice even the fries. Can't say anything about the service they where great and attentive. Will I return yes why not where human and its the first time having this experience with them.

Usually there right on time . But they're with no personal and that really affected service . I could see food burning.

It was my first time getting food from here. I used door dash I called specifically and asked for sauces and everything even asked the manager. Not only did the food take a hour and a half to get to me but there were no sauces and it looked like my food had been dropped and picked back up and delivered to me. The food also tasted horrible no flavor it sucks because I loved mamas Hawaiian bbq.
