I really don't know why this place has so many negative recent reviews. My experience was a favorable one on 12/29 around 2 pm. When we first got to the shop there was only one group in front of us. By the time we left it seemed a rush was happening. We ordered the macedonias (vanilla ice cream with nuts and assorted fruit) and the pico de gallo, which is watermelon, jicama, cucumber, and pineapple drenched in chamoy and spice. Both were very good but didn't quite top my favorite go-to spot back home. Also, the ladies working here were nice. I was worried when I started reading reviews after we ordered, but all was well. They have the little pager system to keep track of orders and although we heard the beeps going off when orders were ready, our did not beep - they just called out the order and we went to the counter to pick it up. Would I go back? Maybe. They had an horchata and fresa drink that I would love to sample. But with so many places to try and so little time (as a tourist), a return trip will have to wait for our next visit.

Las muchas tienen actitud horrible. No costumer service all when a Lobby full of people waiting and they move with no care on the world the food was cold and tasted stale. A man was waiting for his order since we got there and when he asked if it was almost ready because the lady was rude to him and they proceeded to have every one else's orders out and he was still waiting by the time we left. I wouldn't come here again this place needs new employees who don't seem like you're an inconvenience to them. Zeroooo stars if I could

The cashier was rude to me and to a DoorDasher, we've been sitting here for about 35 mins and he's still waiting for his DoorDash order and we've seen him purposely get ignored. These employees have terrible attitudes and seem completely careless. And the food was cold with no flavor like their costumer service.
Atmosphere itself is great, but extremely limited seating. Take into account they just opened recently and have no doubts they're going to grow and have to get a bigger place. Highly recommend!Vegetarian options: I'm a carnivore, but there's many vegetarian options.

The food is delish. I usually get raspados and tostitos con verdura. They are really good. Better than the one on 12th Ave for sure. The service is awesome the place is really clean prices are fair and it does get full in there but they work fast and get through it quick.
