Marco's Pizza

Horrible service, made a phone order and said it will be will be ready in 15 minutes. I come in and say there was no order made and supposedly had computer issues, and kept making excuses and never offered to make my order while I was standing in front of him. While claiming they were busy when the place was empty and employee's standing around doing nothing. Would of been fine if he offered to make my pizza but very obviously they didnt want to make crap. Lost a customer forsure!

The best service ever with Epic Pizza

Great food, awful service. every time i’m in here without a doubt there will be loud unwelcoming music playing. it takes all 3 incompetent employees with a bunch of attitude and over 10 minutes to even ACKNOWLEDGE me. every. single. time. and once they do they’re immediately annoyed that they have to do the job they’re here for. employees are just arguing with one another rather than helping the customers.

Abundant toppings on the Specialty pizza. Buffalo Wings are also good. Delivery is on point. Well worth the price. Have recommended to friends and family.

Update 12/2025: after all these years this spot is still slamming out the best pizza around. Delivery arrives hot. Their delivery drivers deserve tips!! The pizza is still loaded with toppings. Price matches quality. If you haven't tried it, you dont know what you're missing.

I was going to go in and order, but when I saw this young kid behind the counter vaping. I couldn't bring myself to go in. That is just unprofessional and unsanitary

I tweak the salad and it’s perfect every time (except once and they fixed it no prob)

I have ordered a lot of pizzas from this Marcos. I run a non-profit for Veterans. Recently I ordered pizzas for two different houses on our campus. They delivered them all to one of the houses. When I called about it the next day, the guy lied and said I put the same address in both orders. Wouldn't make up for it by delivering new pizza's to our Veterans who didn't get dinner the night before. I sent a message to corporate, and haven't heard back. Shameful. Edit on 10/3- I followed the link provided by the owner, fully detailed the issue and never heard back.

Pizza was great. Idk if they have accountants running this company but last time I got my family pizza. It was thin crust. Like papa John’s..I hope this is a fluke.i will give it a try one more time and see. I tip good and service is great.always good service.
