My husband and I tried Maria Bonita for the first time. We were pleased with the service, atmosphere, and quality of the meals. Also the server was responsive to my request to leave off cheese. The kitchen had added some cheese accidentally but they made it right instantly. The vegan fajitas were terrific, with lots of bell peppers and roasted pieces of corn on the cob. Plus all the fajita makings. There's a charge for additional servings of chips. My husband's enchilada-sauce...
Great restaurant addition to the neighborhood! I've been looking for a replacement go to for for chicken tortilla soup since las margaritas closed years ago. Will 100% go back!

Kid-friendliness: I went with my kids, no problem. Small kids menu but honestly A la Carte would work great too
We went for the mariachi band and we were not disappointed. These guys are the best I've ever heard and they have a great time performing. Violins, trumpets, guitars, and the singing is perfect pitch. If you get a chance, go on a Friday night. They play between 6.30 and 8.30.

In Tucson, there is major competition for Mexican food and it was ok. I could only give it four stars. Otherwise, the service is fantastic and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.
