Just spoke to Alejandra I will be calling to speak with Areli the manager because they embarrassed me and my family at party of 9 that they first try sitting us on the back table and we had a baby so the high chair wouldn’t work than they moved us to the side table but that’s when Alejandra came and told us we had to get up and wait outside for an hour because she refused to move one chair that we needed to sit . Keep in mind she said that chair were for other guest that’ll eventually come (a table of 4) honestly unprofessional I told them I tried calling multiple times no answer also we were celebrating a bday from family from out of state that came in. I left my number with the guy/kid that was the host in the front so they can call me they said it was an hour wait when it’s 5pm but they close at 6pm and told me the other chair was for more guest that would eventually come smh.Hope the owners or someone from management gets to this

The food was terrible and quite expensive. I had ceviche which tastes like it was a week old at least and no flavor with the weird brown sauce on it and a hard avocado. I got sick that night and into the morning. My guy ordered Horchata which the waitress didn't tell us they were out of they just brought him a lemonade and fish tacos which arrived about 30 mins after my ceviche which would have been okay except they were soggy and the breading was falling off. With all the amazing food available in Tucson skip this one. :(

This place is tucked away next to an ups and a 99 cent store. I absolutely can say once I opened the doors I was transported to a cute botanical garden. The vibe here is so adorable and fun, the servers are sweet and personable. The drinks are beautifully crafted and presented. The food is fantastic and everything tasted scrumptious. I'd come back again, and again!

Cute Vibe, HORRIBLE service! We had a party of 10 adults and 1 child, after we were seated and waited about 30 minutes the waitress said she could not take our order because the table had 11 and could only have 10. So either we wait for another table to open to split our group or someone leave. This place could be a really cool place, but unfortunately the service kills it.

I loved the food and the very elegant drinks, nothing compares to the place, unique in Tucson

2 weeks ago ordered a Bochason burrito on Valencia, it was good and the size reflected 17.50 price. Told some people and they were disappointed with the amount of meat. I went back ordered it again and was disappointed. NO consistency in serving size. Will go back to Rodolfos at Ajo and Mission decent size burrito, great taste at half the price.

Went to the new location on Valencia and I was super upset. Walked in to super cute vibes and decor only to have really crappy service. We asked for water about 3 times and still didn't get the water brought to us u til we asked the 4th time. The service was slow for not even being busy and did not appreciate the looks on the staffs faces when asking where my daughters food was that I ordered with our drinks and we had been sitting for about an hour already. The food was good however, the price of the food on the menu does not match what is on your receipt. The receipt is more than what reflects on the menu so please watch out for that! I will continue going to the other 2 locations but as far as this new one on Valencia it was a first and a last.

The food was good, but the service SO BAD. I went there to get lunch with my family and they take so long to take our order, the server was so informal. Then, we ask to pay and she took forever because she was talking and gossiping. We were literally standing by the table waiting for the bill. She took our card and at a moment to pay she keep talking and we still waiting standing at the table with my baby. Horrible service!

Had lunch here today and it definitely did not disappoint. Food was great, I highly recommend the coco bocha. The only item we weren't too fond of was the camarón crudo. Other than that, service was great and everything came in a timely manner.

Had difficulty finding menu online, called disconnected numbers. Finally got thru placed an order for 3 menu items. They said in 20m it would be ready. We arrived 30m later and had to wait another 20m. People would arrive order and get food while we waited. Food was good but prepare to wait. Better to eat at location.

Only had the Michelada but it was delicious. We got it with a modelo but you can pick from their beer choices. It comes with some Mexican candy, celery, and a shrimp. It's pretty expensive but a fun splurge.

I would have given a higher rating but the service was not horrible, they took so long to get our sushi out to us that we had to go up to ask them if they forgot about our order...The sushi came out and looked and tasted great! So it was worth the wait for these unique sushi rolls! We just wish the service was better.
