I find it completely ridiculous that McDonald's continues to raise prices and reduce the size of things. Now they want me to take my own order. When asked staff to take it my order, meet with poor attitude and ignored. I will gladly go somewhere where there is staff that's willing to do there job. No more McDonald's for me. Better for my health.

I ordered a hot latte and got a iced coffee. When I informed them it was incorrect, the manager and drive thru attendant got an attitude. They had the nerve to tell me that I needed ti state hot. I did. You only heard what you wanted. I will not be visiting this McDonald's again.

This mcdonalds is the most incompetent McDs I have ever been in, took about 20-30 mins to get my food and I ordered at a kiosk, 3 people in front of me had issues with their order, every employee was running around trying to figure stuff out and no had a clue. I only ordered 2 meals, a 10 piece nugget meal and a big mac meal with extra cheese, not a hard thing to figure out, i got 2 nugget meals, not even close, didn't realize till I got home, my fault for not checking their work, but i figured they could handle a simple 2 meal order, this isnt the only time, i try to avoid this McDs because there is always an issue, my advice, go to the one on Old Vail and skip the Valencia McDs.

Ordered the 2 for 5 mcgriddle and on my third bite I discovered a piece of wood about 1.5" long with jagged edges and called corporate and put a complaint in. Buyer beware look before eating. Oh also they wouldn't give compensation because I would of had to eat it and take the chance of killing me first. No consideration to good service.

The food and customer service was wonderful! Unfortunately it took a long time to get our food, probably because there weren’t enough people working unfortunately. When I visit this during the quieter hours I never have an issue, but it seems like they’re short staffed during the peak times. Luckily when you do talk to a server they’re wonderful and kind though!

Just went came from using the drive through and first off menu board is desrtoyed...you can't read the menu. I mentioned that to the staff member and she said tell me what you want..I said quarter pounder with lettuce & tomato no cheese...When I got home I got quarter pounder plain & no straw for my beverage. I don't go to McDonald's often..however fir $14.45..I should get what I ordered.?

Fifth time I had a bad experience with this place, I doordashed a hot n spicy combo with 20 peice nuggets since I was hungry from a long day at work. They forgot my Hot n Spicy! I don't blame the dashers for this since they pick up the food, but I will blame the workers who can't even double-check their bag. Will not be ordering again...
