About my typical expectations for a McDonald's, I've never had a problem with their service or staff. At times there will be an order mix up but its quickly corrected if brought to their attention. There is no longer free access to refilling sodas in the lobby since their last remodel. I think they still give free refills but you have to ask at the counter. I always HIGHLY RECCOMEND getting the app, to earn rewards and get coupons for food. It saves you ALOT of money!

I was in a rush to work yesterday afternoon so I grabbed food and on my way to work I was eating the mcdouble when I took a bite and feel a string in my mouth and pulled out a long hair. I almost threw up and couldn’t even finish my food. I don’t understand do the cooks not wear hair nets or what because they should I don’t know if this person had lice just makes me sick thinking about it.

Lights on no one answering, new year and late to open not a great start almost 7am now already missed about 35 people so far been here since 5:30! Should probably correct your start time to something like we start when we want too. Why put your hours for 5am if your employees weren't going to open intell 8am crazy!!!

arrived early to work and decided to have Breakfast here. I love the biscuits and Hashbrowns at McDonald's restaurants. Orange Juice sometimes questionable but this time was spot on . Not sour just a little tangy. In the middle of the meal I get a call from my boss and find out the location I was at got canceled! very hard when you don't drive, but that's a whole different story. Thank you McDonald's for a wonderful breakfast that morning!
They need to update their hours bc it’s misleading. It says it’s open 24 hours but it’s not.This McDonalds in Rita Ranch is already overpriced/expensive as it is…save people their time/gas from driving all the way over here by updating to more accurate hours. There’s been several times I’ve tried to order from the app bc my daughter would ask for McDonald’s and it would say “This location is currently not taking orders”. This gotta be one of the worst Mcdonalds ever…I don’t understand why they weren’t taking orders, and it wasn’t even just one time, it was several times so I had to order food from somewhere else. On top of that, why is 1 cookie $1.99, 2 cookies for $2.99 and the 13 cookie tote $13 here? These aint Crumbl Cookies…I just came back from Flagstaff and they had a 3 pack of chocolate chip cookies for $1.39 and the 13 cookie tote for $5.69. It’s crazy how Flagstaff is a tourist spot but McDonalds is cheaper there than it is here in Vail/Rita Ranch. I won’t be surprised if Mcdonalds ends up like Chipotle and losing customers bc of how expensive the food is

Edit: They are not giving the monopoly large cups. I have paid for 4 of them and have not received one monopoly piece. So if you want to maximize your monopoly game, don't come here.
It's a pretty standard McDonald’s. The food is nothing special. The service is decent, with little to no errors with my meals. At least I do not get an onion surprise like some other McDonald’s, which I do appreciate.

The person on the other end in the drive-through could barely hear me, to the point where I would have to shout for him to hear me. Then forgot to add the medium fries, which, admittedly, my bad, when he read the order to me I didn't notice the fries missing, but 40 minutes before their closing time, when we tried to go inside to get the fries, the doors were locked. I'm just tired man, so I just went home.

If I could leave no stars I would. The Hispanic manager is the worst manager I have ever dealt with. Her customer service abilities/ able to resolve issues is non existent. Whoever was working 10/26/25 is a terrible manager and should be fired. I had to leave the drive thru it was so ridiculous. I will also be calling corporate for this. I worked for Dias management for 6 years and this was overall the worst experience ever.
