Edit: They are not giving the monopoly large cups. I have paid for 4 of them and have not received one monopoly piece. So if you want to maximize your monopoly game, don't come here.
It's a pretty standard McDonald’s. The food is nothing special. The service is decent, with little to no errors with my meals. At least I do not get an onion surprise like some other McDonald’s, which I do appreciate.

The person on the other end in the drive-through could barely hear me, to the point where I would have to shout for him to hear me. Then forgot to add the medium fries, which, admittedly, my bad, when he read the order to me I didn't notice the fries missing, but 40 minutes before their closing time, when we tried to go inside to get the fries, the doors were locked. I'm just tired man, so I just went home.

Lifeless. That's how I describe the new lobby. Not a soul in sight. Kiosks and seating.
For the price, you'd think they'd employ more people.
Bring the worker back. I'm tired of having to provide the labor at businesses.

If I could leave no stars I would. The Hispanic manager is the worst manager I have ever dealt with. Her customer service abilities/ able to resolve issues is non existent. Whoever was working 10/26/25 is a terrible manager and should be fired. I had to leave the drive thru it was so ridiculous. I will also be calling corporate for this. I worked for Dias management for 6 years and this was overall the worst experience ever.

I rarely leave reviews, however if I am going to order at McDonald’s, I try to only go to this McDonald’s as the staff is extremely friendly drive-through is actually pretty fast, every time we come here, we have a very pleasant experience. This is not only for the establishment. This review is primarily for the staff working at this location. They are doing an amazing job.

The manager was rude and said we still need to finish opening up . MIND YOU IT WAS 5:15 A.M ! the store is supposed to be open already ..... this is the second time that this location was not open and ready to serve customers . When the store is supposed to be open, all the machines should be ready to start cooking and have your meal Ready, not wait they start the grills and open the registers.....

I wish I could rate this place 0 stars all the workers have the worst attitude even if you’re nice to them a girl with black hair short might be a manager or something so damn rude! I hope they shut this McDonalds down they don’t care about your food they will intentionally “forget” to put your sauces in the bag.
On Google Maps it states this location is open 24/7 but in reality they close everything at 12. I don’t know who’s responsibility it is to update Google Maps, whether it’s someone in particular or the store owner but this oversight is extremely detrimental and should be taken care of.

Fix your drive through signs already.
Did not appreciate home girl with pink hair at the speaker and pay window. That was the driest customer service I ever seen. Girl could not hear me say something 3 times to her face in the window and interrupted me at the speaker. I mean we all have our bad days but.. cmon bro. Also, got the McCrispy and it only had the chicken.. like what is going on. No sauce no lettuce. The fries was good atleast 🤷♀️. We can definitely try to do better in this world.

Sunday at 1.30 pm and we were parked to wait for fries. 11 minutes for a quarter pounder and fries. The first order we were handed was wrong and we had to yell for the server to come back and get it. I’ve never seen service this slow at this location.

Food quality was lacking. Order took forever. Really felt instatutionally cheated. The staff was noticably uncaring. The extra bonus of cold fries after having to wait forever for my order was a nice touch.
Some McDs are better then others but this is by far the worse one.
Adios McDonald's, you win I quit.

Ever since they automated the lobby, their speed and service drastically has been reduced. You wait longer for food and since there’s hardly anyone available to talk about your order it’s hard to get mistaken orders fixed. To save the headache I usually go out of my way to a different McD because I know the extra time driving will be as much as waiting at this automated location.
