I don't know if it's always like this at this particular McDonald's, but it seems there's a bit too much of a rush to get food out, resulting in a lack of attention to the quality of what's being produced and sold. My fish sandwich looked to be quite literally tossed together with very little condiment added, and what was there didn't even make it onto the sandwich. Also, the cheese slice was tiny. My wife's burger had similar results. People are actually paying with real money, so maybe spend just a few seconds more to make a decently put-together sandwich. Slow down, put care into your work, even if it's "just" a sandwich. Someone is still paying for it.

If ur coming and trying to order inside than forget it. Workers prioritize drive thru and mobile orders and won't even look at you until at least five minutes. Everything is becoming digital now.Whats even the point of all those cashier computers behind the counter??? I havent seen a cashier use them since literally before covid in 2019. Theyre all boarded up now by some sign saying "lets get digital!", pushing you to order on their app. It can literally take 15 mins of waiting to get ur order taken. Its like being a cashier isnt even a position here anymore because everyones always working in the back. This has been a consistent problem here since 2021/22.

Went to the drive-thru, no one was in line. Placed my order and was asked to pull forward to wait, not a big problem. Until (after a fairly long wait) they started to bring food out to the cars who were behind us in the drive-thru. The staff member not only didn't even know what I was waiting for, she got snippy and rude about it. Went in (not particularly busy inside either) and got my money back. Will not be going back.

It's pretty sad when the drive thru person can't hear you, the menu screens are burnt out. Also pretty sad when I back out of the drive thru and drive 2 miles out of my way to the one on Mary Anne Cleveland because customer service and quality are better.
