Very bad customer service.
Poor management and employees who could care less. This is a recipe for disaster. Look at their ratings, soon to be an abandoned building.

This location is awful ever since the manager Brian left! The food sucks and the big tall white guy in the drive thru is absolutely rude and needs to be talked to about his hygiene! Regardless if you're handing out someone's food you should still be clean!

Horrible, unprofessional and rude manager!

Went inside to order since my dad had knee surgery and wanted to sit down. Ordered via the app for table delivery. It was NOT busy. Per the app our order number was 4 digits long. Kept hearing a 2 digit number being called out. After hearing it being called a few times a employee sticks his head around the corner and says oh there’s people over here. I get up to check what the hold up was since it had been about 10 mins+
I come around the corner and hear a female worker bad mouthing us out loud and with a major attitude. I asked if this was for our order and she said the 2 digit number and I explained to her ours was table delivery and the order number wasn’t the same and I showed her the app. She got totally pissed off and annoyed. ILL BRING IT TO YOUR TABLE and slams the food on the tray. I told her there was no need for the attitude and that was uncalled for. I asked to speak to a manager the other employee looked at me and I knew she was the manager…. I asked for her name… IM NOT TELLING YOU MY NAME! Rushes past me goes to the table and slams it down in front of my dad.

Reached out to the management company to voice my concern. It’s been 2 weeks+ and I keep getting told they will get back with me.

Well sounds like I’ll take my business to another more professional and less verbally assaulting McDonald’s….

Seriously over this location. Service is terrible. Communication is even worse because 9/10 times the employee barely speaks English. Oh and they're always waiting on fries lol

Apparently nobody at the store knows how to answer the phone. They usually get the orders right but when they don't you would like to be able to call the store and say hey you all made a mistake can I pick it up tomorrow or my next visit but I tried calling for half an hour over and over and over again and this has been multiple occasions nobody ever answers. Horrible customer service and management. How hard is it to answer the damn phone??

Worst service I’ve ever received and that’s crazy since this is McDonald’s. You guys should really check your attitudes before taking orders, clearly there was something wrong with the dude taking orders because he was so unhappy.

I think McDonald's has horrible overpriced food. However, I think they have amazing Coke. The only reason I go to McDonald's anymore is to buy a Coke. Their chicken nuggets are not my favorite. Their chicken strips are actually quite good. I bought a three pack and cut them in half and gave everybody in my house a taste. Everybody agreed that they were very good, however, they were very expensive. For that price I would prefer to go to Cane's Before you leave please check your Coke. I can't tell him you how many times I've got out on the street and took a drink of my Coke and got Dr. Pepper instead of Coke. That is a very rude awakening.

The lady that helped me was super nice. But deceptive practices for prices when you’re advertise price is one thing and then you charge me a different thing like your drinks your advertising extra small for a dollar because that’s specifically what my son wanted was that size and you charge me for a normal size drink small slightly inconvenient I understand but none of the less if I didn’t look at the itemized pricing, I would’ve never known that you charged me. Then the lady was super nice but deceptive business practices is against the consumers it even changes the price in the app too

we ordered 2 iced coffees and 1 happy meal and one hot coffee the line was out the parking lot they took forever to take orders we waited more than 30 minutes in line plus another ten at the window to get our food almost an hour for mcdonald’s is so bad when are my nearest mcdonald’s it takes me five minutes on a busy weekend and i get up to the windows and the employees are talking it up and eating right infront of us and being so rude horrible experience will NOT be coming back and they are super messy with the food the iced coffee cups were all sticky and drippy on the sides
