Pulled up through the drive-thru they asked me if I had a code for the app I said yes I provided the code I then proceeded to order a sausage muffin and two iced coffees. As we pull up to the window the person handing out the food has dripping boogers down his face he then proceeds to wipe them off with his hand. He has me my food and drinks I checked the bag and there's only one sandwich the code I provided was for an additional breakfast sandwich. When you provide a code the item pops up on their screen. I then go ahead and ask them for my additional sandwich that's missing since they only provided me with the sausage muffin sandwich they then start acting rudely asking me what what do you want very savagely, then the lady that took my order box up aggressively to the window and stating that I did not order that. So then I have to tell her very respectfully I did order that that I gave her the code then the other worker comes up with an attitude saying I never asked for an additional sandwich then they are being so rude that my brother has to step step in and tell them to relax so unprofessional very bad experience I will never be stopping at this McDonald's ever again if I was not pregnant I would have probably would have acted differently I work at a food service place and would never treat any customer like that towards the end of the visit they hand me a cold sandwich with unmelted cheese. Overall experience bad service bad people bad food
If they mess up on your order, Lizbeth will just write your name down in some book for the food they messed up instead of refunding you for the money. When I called in, Lizbeth already knew she made a mistake and knew she gave me the wrong item. Why not just refund me for the burger you didn’t give me? Who wants to eat McDonald’s twice in one day or go back? It was a ridiculous solution, especially since she knew she made the mistake. The other employees will create a wall to prevent you from speaking to any upper level management and hide mistakes, like saying they “think” the GM is on vacation and they “think” they’ll be back on the 7th. Double check your food at this location or avoid it, especially if you’re dealing with Lizbeth or Spencer.
Went to get a McFlurry and was told the ice cream machine was down. How is that 99% of the time when going to a McDonald’s the ice cream machine is “down” what’s the point in having ice cream on the menu if the machine is always going to be down.

Went for 1 thing a Carmel frappee and they were gonna give me the wrong order and it took so long to make it and they cost too much and don't say tariffs because they make it here
Whoever was in charge this morning should see some consequences, they are very clearly marked to open at 5:00 am AND they were accepting orders in the mobile app, I order pull up to the speaker to tell them my mobile code and they tell me they aren’t even opening until 6:00 am today. So now I have to wait because there is no option to cancel in the app. Obviously if you have employees there to tell the lines of cars that you aren’t opening until 6:00 you have the man power to be open maybe you’ll be slow but you’ll be open. Not to mention you have another employee cleaning up outside doing work that can clearly wait. I’m assuming they did this to get around the timers that track them in the drive thru while they were only 1-2 people short or something. The least you could have done was halt app orders for the hour so I didn’t have to waste an hour of my time because you have my money hostage. Worst part, after all this,I get my order right at 6am, and my hashbrown is cold and under cooked.
Had to be standing waiting there for more than 8 minutes to get service! They just look at you but don't ask if you need something are they short staffing?? They need someone in front counter ASAP REALLY
Might manger sucks asked for my food order was completely wrong and incorrect asked to have my food correct manger refused to correct the order and handed me back a cash refund when I paid card after asking to have my order complete. She is the short Hispanic lady working the very last window on 2/17/2025 I will be call the head office as this has happened multiple times at this loction with the same manger

I show up for my order and I expect to get my food and leave. Not to leave my bike to get stolen by the dope heads while I wait 15-20 for a simple Big Mac meal...... Redonkulous. So I'll bring it in with me.

The machine for the smoothies or frappe is always down only once this year I was able to stop and be surprised it was working. You really need to get that fixed or people need stop being lazy and make it !

They always make mistakes with the order. Today again I made the mistake of ordering online and they didn't put any sauce (which I paid for) for them. When I get home, surprise as always that they don't put the order right.
It is McDonald's. Good when you need it.
