Might manger sucks asked for my food order was completely wrong and incorrect asked to have my food correct manger refused to correct the order and handed me back a cash refund when I paid card after asking to have my order complete. She is the short Hispanic lady working the very last window on 2/17/2025 I will be call the head office as this has happened multiple times at this loction with the same manger

The machine for the smoothies or frappe is always down only once this year I was able to stop and be surprised it was working. You really need to get that fixed or people need stop being lazy and make it !

Usually go to this in the mornings after dropping off my daughter but I’ve been waiting over 20 minutes curbside for a sprite! They have brought out 3 other orders to curbside but not mine.

There seems to be a concern with these McDonald's, and I'm willing to be they're owned by the same person. This McDonald's doesn't seem to have a working frappe or expresso machine as well. Piss poor leadership from the management to the owner causes services to bottom out at best.
Maybe market analysis has led them to see that the machines don't need to be used due to the limited sales during this time of year?
Because McDonald's doesn't offer good apple juice anymore, there's literally nothing else I care to drink in the morning.
Prices have skyrocketed because of greed, so at least add something better to the menu.
Turtle pace service. Be prepared to wait between 5-10 minutes for your order, even if it’s as simple as a soda. Soda machines were taken out. As someone in the food service industry, it seems gross that they don’t glove up. They claim that they wash their hands with each order, but I did not see that happen at all during my visit. At least the location is convenient.

Went through the drive through and ordered a bacon McDouble and a double quarter pounder with cheese. Got home and realized the bacon McDouble had no bacon and the double quarter pounder only had one patty and was cold like it had been sitting in a refrigerator. Service was also abysmal.
