Worst McDonald's we've been to in a while. They were not busy but it still took forever to even order then serious confusion about what we ordered when we got to the window. Kids were struggling big time.

Honestly it was a horrible experience I order thru the drive thru I order the new big arch meal and 2 meal deals and a 10 piece nuggets they told me to go wait in the front I was waiting there for 30 minutes with some other cars that were waiting before me then I saw they were getting down so I decided to do the same. The staff seem like if they didn’t know what they were doing the manager had attitude because they had a lot of orders so I decided to just get a refund the manager didn’t even apologize or anything super bad service. I don’t recommend nobody going to this location!!

I came in to get breakfast i ordered the hot cakes and sausage plus 2 egg McMuffins. i got home and seen i was missing a McMuffin so i went back only to be talked down on by an employee named Jaqueline. She stated i was only charged for one, which i told her “then i was over charged” since the McMuffins are 2 for $5. The McMuffins alone are $5.79 she then stated she would have to charge me for another one. I then let her know if it couldn’t be fixed then i would like a refund and proceeded to hand her the food. She then grabbed the bag aggressively and said let me speak to the gm, i then said oh they are here i would love to speak to them as well please. She left then came back and said she would give me the complete order since the gm was not there!

A manager by the name of yamilex took a picture of me at the drive through I had no idea who she is and when I went inside to confront her she denied it. She than sent the photo to my ex boyfriends kids mother that tried to fight me threaten me! The manger that sent the picture of me to her friend she than sent it to me showing it was a forwarded msg and stamped the exact time I was at this McDonald’s on FEBRUARY 28th 1:22pm! I will be taking legal action so thank you to the manager! 🙂

I arrived and literally there was no one at the drive through and parking lot was empty. When I pulled up to the window, there was no response for about three minutes. When they did respond the attendant just said, I'll be with you in a second. .... Staff was nice enough howevzr what should have taken about three minutes total ended up taking about ten minutes. Not a huge deal accept the only reason.I decided to just get some fries and a coke was because I believed it was going to be quick being i had a short timeline available. Not sure I would go back there again

McDonald's quality on Palo Verde Road in Tucson has a serious problem with pride prepping your food. I remember when you received a full slice of cheese on your sandwich. Then it went to half a slice. Now you get a 1/4 slice of cheese and lucky if they put it on the sandwich. I took this sandwich back into the manager and he said when it was made it probably shifted in the box. This isn't football. Handle my sandwich as if you were preparing for your self. They offered to make another sandwich but my 30 minutes for lunch has come and gone. You can go to any other fast food burger joint and you get a full slice of cheese on every sandwich.
Is just the worst Macdonald in town the service is terrible
Asked to pull forward and wait another 15 minutes for a single cheeseburger I had already ordered 15 minutes earlier through the app. No surprise McDonalds has fallen this far when that level of laziness is still considered acceptable. Nobody goes to fast food to pay first and then wait as long as they would for gourmet food.
No fraps in the morning?! Feels like inadequate managing of resources. Better off going to a Diaz owned McDonalds where their stuff works.
