I placed my order on the App and went through the Drive Thru. The order was a $5.00 Meal that includes Chicken Sandwich, Chicken Nuggets, soda and fries. When I got home, I opened my bag and found my Chicken Sandwich was missing. I was so mad that I didn’t check it carefully before I left. This is not the 1st time they have messed up my order. I will not be returning to this location again.

Went thru the drive thru. I was in the outside lane waiting for someone to take my order. Another car pulls up in the inside lane and their order gets taken before mine even though I was there first. After a half hearted apology I ordered. I ordered the deluxe mccrispy but was given a plain and I ordered extra ice in both drinks but only one came with extra ice.

It lets down the McDonald's brand in every single way the people are rude kinda like if they are forced to be there and have ZERO customers service ability even the manager but I guess she sets the example for the rest of them, I will gladly drive the extra miles just to avoid this McDonald's

I would rate higher if they hadn't made a mistake twice in my burger that I received with a sticker that checked twice the correctness of the order and that it would have felt more pleasant to ask them to correct the mistake...
They are unorganized and have no customer service Every single one of the employees walked by and served off orders when the manager was the only one bagging food the girl on frys had no gloves on and the grill people as well When I asked when they were going to take my order they replied when we can and walked away Manager on duty was Sabrina she was rude and shouldn't be a manager at all ! The whole vibe was off ? Sad I had to put a negative review on this McDonald's

The kiosk experience is awful the process is all over the place than the monitor is too low or too high you got older people that aren't computer savvy and is frustrating and a employee ends up helping kudos but is a waste of time on the employee and the customer then you have the register machine facing the public .what genius came up with that idea ? Risking a robbery and or an employee attack or a customer shooting for the money on the registry machine .put back a friendly cashier and quit trying to reinvent the wheel Hire competent people that can see a well manage process. You will have more customers and more revenue and teach them to up sell with a friendly ? face not a frustrating taking up time kiosk
