VERY LOUD due to alarms and loud employees. Bad even by a McDonald's standard. Food is often stale. Tables are often dirty. Service is mostly terrible. There is one extremely nice, hard working Asian woman that I must single out as truly the best. Just about everyone else here is bitter, annoyed and loud. The extremely loud alarms go off constantly every few seconds. I guess I'd be bitter and annoyed if I had to work through that, too. But it makes it impossible to enjoy a meal or cup of coffee in the dining area. This morning I got the very evil eye from the manager for pointing out that the side door was locked. The other fellow in the dining area couldn't believe it either. I know customer service is a dead concept but wow.
There is a nearby Wendy's that is the complete opposite so I know its not just the less than great area of town. There's another McDonald's about 2 miles from here that's pretty decent. Guess I will go to one of those from now on when I need a cup of coffee or a meal and a spot to do a little writing on my laptop. What a shame.

I placed my order on the App and went through the Drive Thru. The order was a $5.00 Meal that includes Chicken Sandwich, Chicken Nuggets, soda and fries. When I got home, I opened my bag and found my Chicken Sandwich was missing. I was so mad that I didn’t check it carefully before I left. This is not the 1st time they have messed up my order. I will not be returning to this location again.

Went thru the drive thru. I was in the outside lane waiting for someone to take my order. Another car pulls up in the inside lane and their order gets taken before mine even though I was there first. After a half hearted apology I ordered. I ordered the deluxe mccrispy but was given a plain and I ordered extra ice in both drinks but only one came with extra ice.

It lets down the McDonald's brand in every single way the people are rude kinda like if they are forced to be there and have ZERO customers service ability even the manager but I guess she sets the example for the rest of them, I will gladly drive the extra miles just to avoid this McDonald's

I would rate higher if they hadn't made a mistake twice in my burger that I received with a sticker that checked twice the correctness of the order and that it would have felt more pleasant to ask them to correct the mistake...

They are unorganized and have no customer service Every single one of the employees walked by and served off orders when the manager was the only one bagging food the girl on frys had no gloves on and the grill people as well When I asked when they were going to take my order they replied when we can and walked away Manager on duty was Sabrina she was rude and shouldn't be a manager at all ! The whole vibe was off ? Sad I had to put a negative review on this McDonald's
