I usually would post this place a straight 5. But this time they messed up the order and totally a falure to pay attention ro detail. When I went back up to inform them no bacon on my burger, which was requested the associate team member just grabed some bacon and put it on a to go plate. No apology and no offer to actually properly correct the order. I found the dituation callussed and sloppy customer service at best. They were more concerned about gossip than customer service. It also was not very busy. So really no reason for the behavior or failure to properly make the order.

Horrible service, my boyfriend and I had just gotten to the McDonald's and the staff locked the door right as we walked up and it was pouring and instead of being respectful by telling us they were closing the inside they gave us attitude and told us to leave even though there was others ordering inside and eating inside

Showed up at 9:30 pm and waited a good 10 mins in a drive thru no one responded or asked if we were ready to order then I drove around the side and you see everyone’s headsets hung up and workers cleaning but heat it says online the drive thru is open till 12:00am and the long closes at 10:00 pm. Shitty customer service all around I’ll never be returning to this McDonald’s, get better employees who actually want to work instead of milking the clock‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

I want to give this McDonald's a top rating for integrity honesty and courtesy. We are from NM and my husband had a procedure done at the VA hospital and we were on our way home. We stopped at this McDonald's for a quick bite to eat and my husband left his cell phone on a table. We didn't notice until we were almost home. I called my husband phone and the GM answered . We drove back to Tucson the next night and they gave us the phone. Thank you all so much. May God bless you all. The Rogers.
